The wave of social development is bringing challenges and difficulties to the organization.Under the new situation,the organization has to recreate new strategies to adapt to the new competitive landscape.This requires the organization to follow the trend of the times,constantly update and change,and find new development directions and development strategies,so that the survival of the fittest in the constantly changing trend.In recent years,the researches of organizational change and change behaviors in foreign countries have been developing quickly,the research results are more mature.Meanwhile,the related research in China is at the start-up stage.Based on he Theory of Planning Behavior,combined with the domestic researches,this study conducted interviews and researches to explore the impact of employee change preparation and employee change response behavior(including change-support behavior,employees-silence behavior and change-resistance behavior)in the context of localization change.The results will do much better to optimize the space for organizational development.First of all,based on the kinds of literature,this study established research assumptions that change preparation consists of three dimensions:intention preparation,emotional preparation and cognitive preparation in the context of localization change;the certain influences relationship between change preparation and change-support behavior,employees-silence behavior,change-resistance behavior.Secondly,the questionnaire data were collated and analyzed.(1)Descriptive statistical analysis was processed to show the basic information of survey samples;Variance analysis was processed to analyze the differences of survey samples.(2)The factor analysis was carried on,the results showed that the questionnaire has reliability and validity,and the change preparation has three-dimensional composition.(3)Correlation analysis and regression analysis were processed.The results verified that the correlation between change preparation and change-support behavior,employees-silence behavior,change-resistance behavior.Through empirical analysis,this study verified that employee change preparation is composed of three dimensions : intention preparation,emotional preparation and cognitive preparation in the localization situation;Change-support behavior,employees-silence behavior and change-resistance behavior are single dimensional variables in the localization situation.The results confirmed the positive change preparation and the relationship between each dimension and change support behavior,the negative correlation with employee silence behavior,the negative correlation with change resistance behavior.Through researching change preparation and employee change reaction behaviors,the management strategies were proposed.The organization should etermine employee characteristics and adoptspecific change strategies;strengthen change publicities,establish awareness system of change behaviors;standardize staff change behaviors;plan reasonable change process;provide change training for staff,smooth communication channels,and strengthen staff's change participation.Meanwhile,the shortcomings of this study were put forward,which are the limitations of the questionnaire sample,lacking of the mediation variables and regulatory variables between change preparation and change response behaviors.On this basis,the future development research was proposed.The purpose of this study is to provide the support of organization change and enrich research results of change behavior research.
