Research On The Development Of Ecological Recycling Economy Industrial Park In Zuoyun County

As a typical coal-resource-based county,the coal industry has long been the economic backbone of Zuoyun county in Shanxi province.With the rise of the commodity economy and the market economy,the way of resource allocation has undergone tremendous changes.The Zuoyun's economy has gradually fallen into a growth dilemma and has a sharp decline in the comprehensive strength ranking.Futhermore,the Zuoyun's economy encounters a structural dilemma of one-sided dependence on the coal industry “coal alone”.As the economy enters a new normal,the prices of coal and other resources are lower.As a typical resource-based county,how to break through the dilemma "coal alone",achieve economic transformation and upgrading,and embark on a new development path,is a difficult issue in front of the Zuoyun county party committee,the county government and the people of the county.This paper takes the development of ecological recycling economy industrial park in Zuoyun county as the research object,and systematically studies the construction and development of ecological recycling economy industrial park from the perspective of circular economy.This paper explores the path and development mode of Zuoyun county's economic development,which is universal,easy-to-popularized and more suitable for the development of Zuoyun country.Through the analysis of Zuoyun county's regional resources and socio-economic situation,resources and basic conditions,this paper gives a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of park construction conditions.Secondly,using the SWOT analysis method,the advantages,disadvantages and influence factors of ecological recycling economy industrial park of Zuoyun country are analyzed.This paper discusses the industrial development orientation,industrial chain planning,overall layout planning and development layout planning of ecological recycling economy industrial park in Zuoyun country,and puts forward to the staged construction steps of the park as well as the recent key construction projects,and puts forward to feasible suggestions and opinions for promoting the construction of the park.Finally,this paper proposes the development guarantee mechanism and measures of ecologicalrecycling economy industrial park in Zuoyun country from the aspects of management system construction,supporting facilities construction,personnel training and so on.This paper provides theoretical support and reference for the economic transformation and development of coal resource-based counties and the construction of new socialist countryside,promotes the scientific development of Zuoyun's economic transformation,promotes the sustained and steady growth of the county's economy,and provides strong support for Zuoyun county to achieve the goal of strong economic county in the whole province.
