Research On Multi Project Resource Sharing Of Ict Project For Communication Operator

In recent years,with the continuous intensities of market competition,the competition of communication operators in traditional business is becoming increasingly fierce.At the same time,in response to the national call to reduce the cost of the traditional communications business,the communication operators continue to develop in the competition,while improving the quality of service,optimizing the product,and the positive business transformation.The traditional business tariffs of telecommunication operators are decreasing year by year,while material costs and labor costs are increasing year by year,while protecting customers' good experience'To this end,communication operators face enormous income pressure and profit pressure every year.Therefore,all the communication operators increase the strength of the ICT business to seek new business growth points.Because the ICT business has the characteristics of intelligence intensive and meticulous division of labor,it is necessary to study how to effectively configure resources to avoid the conflict between projects and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.The successful implementation will play an important role and will be of great significance for the telecom operators to comprehensively promote business transformation and enhance economic efficiency.This paper focuses on the first issue of multi project management of ICT project,which is the human resource sharing of ICT project under multi project management.This paper takes a Unicom as the research object,first expounds the background and reasons of the project,and explores the problems existing in the resource sharing of the communication operators in the multi proj ect management of ICT projects,and introduces the framework of the paper.This paper summarizes the research results of multi proj ect resource management at home and abroad.Combined with personal experience in multi project management practice,this paper puts forward the framework for the establishment of ICT multi project resource optimization configuration,emphasizes the principle of resource management,and introduces some resources sharing methods and tools.Through the related research,this paper realizes that it is a systematic project to do a good job of optimizing the ICT multi project resource allocation.It needs the communication operators to do a lot of basic work.This paper puts forward the framework of ICT multi project resource optimization,which has a strong reference significance to a Unicom Company,and provides the other related enterprises to solve similar problems.For reference.
