Research On The Economic Growth Potential And Development Trend Of Qidong City

Economic growth is one of the oldest economic issues,and it is the most basic in the field of economics,and it is also the issue that people is most concerned about.The effects of economic growth are not only limited to the economic field,but also closely related to society.They are an indicator of economic development and a true level of a country or region.How to accurately predict economic growth and maintain its stable development is a problem that every country or region needs to think seriously,and it is also closely related to the future prospects.This paper takes this as a starting point for research.First of all,this paper introduces the economic growth theory in detail,including its development process,and discusses the influencing factors.There are many factors that affect economic growth,such as labor,technology,and institutions.Using this theory to analyze the economic situation of Qidong City,including the regional GDP,total retail sales of social consumer goods,foreign economic relations and trade,and other economic indicators,objectively analyze the current situation of economic development in Qidong City.Then,the improved classical economic growth model is introduced,the comparability data is analyzed,the econometric method is adopted,and the statistical software is used to calculate the economic indicators such as regional GDP,labor and capital in Qidong City for the past 17 years.The parameter estimation and goodness-of-fit were carried out,and the economic growth prediction model of the region was obtained.At the same time,qualitative analysis is carried out on various influencing factors,and the existing problems are searched for from different angles,and based on this,the future prospects of the region are predicted.Finally,using the above various analysis methods to obtain the results,and on this basis,propose to promote the steady economic growth of the region by improving the labor force,improving capital,improving scientific and technological progress,optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure,and promoting institutional reform.
