Intellectual Capital Affects Listed Companies In State-Owned Manufacturing Industry Research On Value Creativity

With the rapid development of economy today,the reform of state-owned enterprises has always been a hot issue,which can also be said to be an eternal topic.As a key competitive resource in the era of knowledge economy,intellectual capital is bound to speed up the transformation and upgrading of China's state-owned manufacturing industry.It can also create more value for the enterprise.In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi pointed out that "promoting state-owned capital to be stronger,better and bigger,"the focus of strengthening state-owned capital is to enhance the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,and to do better state-owned capital is to enhance the value creativity of state-owned enterprises.To enlarge the state-owned capital,we should start from the influence of the state-owned enterprises.The paper starts with the excellent state-owned capital,and focuses on the intellectual capital such as How to enhance the value creativity of listed companies in state-owned manufacturing industry can provide reference value for state-owned enterprises to improve their own value creativity.In this paper,the data of the listed company of state-owned manufacturing companies in China in 20132017 were selected as samples,with a total of 454 samples,2270 samples in total,and the intellectual capital was divided into three aspects,including 12 indicators.In the process of dimension reduction of 12 indicators,factor analysis was adopted,and then the principal component factors were analyzed and extracted in depth.Later,the research on the value and creativity of intellectual capital to state-owned manufacturing companies by regression analysis.Impact.The result shows that the intellectual capital and the component of the state-owned manufacturing company affect the financial value creativity and the market value creativity,but the influence on the two aspects is not the same,which also proves the influence of the value creativity of the state-owned manufacturing company.The whole of intellectual capital and its constituent elements have a positive effect on the value creativity,and to a great extent promote the value creativity of state-owned manufacturing companies.
