In the knowledge-economy oriented era,the key element of the competition among large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is finally attributed to the rationality of enterprises' use of knowledge workers.With the development of economic globalization,international trade friction warms up,especially in recent years,the aggravation of China-US trade frictions has affected China's industrial transformation and upgrading to a certain extent.Enhancing the innovation ability of enterprises has become an important measure to avoid trade frictions further hindering the sound development of China's economy,and the innovation of enterprises is mainly realized by the knowledge workers of enterprises.Therefore,the role of knowledge workers in enterprises is particularly more important.As large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises maximal knowledge worker main part,the first-line knowledge workers are the vital role for the operation efficiency and the innovation of the enterprise.Under the environment of rapid economic development and increasingly fierce competition,in order to maintain the efficiency,stability and innovation of large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,the enterprises must optimize the configuration of first-line knowledge workerSs?So far in china,there are many problems in the configuration of first-line knowledge workers of large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,such as human-post setting unreasonable,unreasonable salary system,lack of effective training,high turnover rate and low recruitment efficiency,etc.The existence of these problems makes the competitiveness and innovation of the large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China insufficient and makes it hard to establish competitive advantages in the global competition in the post financial crisis period.Author started with the problems existing in the configuration of first-line knowledge workers of large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China,based on the related theories of optimizing human resources configuration and managing knowledge workers and on the methods of literature study,questionnaire interview,questionnaire survey,comparative study to analyze these problems,proposed formulating the dynamic configuration process of first-line knowledge workers,formulating the development plan of enterprises for first-line knowledge workers,optimizing the recruitment methods of first-line knowledge workers,formulating the performance appraisal system for first-line knowledge workers,formulating the incentive mechanism for first-line knowledge workers,and formulating an effective training system for first-line knowledge workers such corresponding strategies like these.Hope through the strategies above to optimize the configuration of first-line knowledge workers of our large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,to improve the efficiency and stability of enterprise operation,and to enhance the innovation and competitiveness of enterprises,so as to build an advantage in the global manufacturing competition.
