In recent years,China's economic development has entered a new normal.At the same time,the supply-side reform has entered a deep-water area and tackled a crucial period of development.It requires us to continue our efforts based on the existing work and achievements,and eliminate all difficulties and strive for the early completion of the supply-side reform.The reform of the power industry is one of the key tasks of supply-side reform.As a basic and guaranteed industry of the national economy,the power industry needs to ensure the normal operation of social economy while providing in-depth reform for itself and to provide more economical,safer,cleaner and more sustainable electricity supply.This puts forward higher requirements for the work in the power industry.Providing stable electricity for the society not only ensures that enough power is produced from the power plants,but also requires the safe and stable delivery of electric energy to all parts of the country.One of the business is the transmission,distribution.Therefore,the normal operation of power grid enterprises is a strong guarantee for society to provide a stable power supply.The orderly operation of power grid material supply is the prerequisite for the normal operation of power grid enterprises.The reform of transmission and distribution tariffs has put forward the material management work for power grid enterprises higher requirements,so it is helped to research and optimize the power grid inventory costs to improve the power grid enterprise materials management.From the perspective of supply chain,this paper reviews the domestic and international literature on multi-level inventory cost optimization and finds that most scholars do not consider the impact of time cost and service level on the total cost of inventory when conducting multi-level inventory cost research.This article mainly research on multi-level grid enterprise inventory costs from the supply chain point of view.The two-level grid supply chain inventory model of a central warehouse?multiple turnaround warehouses is established,under the constraint of service level,based on the analysis of the status of China's power grid enterprise inventory management and combined with previous research results.And the time cost is introduced into the model,and the fruit fly optimization algorithm is improved.The model is applied to verify the feasibility of the model and the algorithm,and to provide reference for grid companies in inventory management,and to achieve the intent of reducing the total inventory cost while ensuring the security and stability of the power supply.The results show that the overall inventory cost can be well reduced through the application of the two-level inventory cost model and the improved fruit fly optimization algorithm.Compared with the cost model that does not consider the time cost,the proposed model can be better;compared with the conventional fruit fly optimization algorithm,the improved fruit fly optimization algorithm can prevent from falling into the local optimum during optimization and effectively improve the global optimization ability and the local search ability of the fruit fly optimization algorithm.After optimization,the optimized result proves the validity of the model and the improved algorithm.
