Study Of The Corporate Culture Constructure Optimization In K Power Supply Bureau

With the development of power supply industry and the movement of the power system reformation,corporate culture is becoming more important in the development of an enterprise and has become the key to the success in the market competition.As a soft power,corporate culture has the function of orientation,restriction,cohesion and motivation.It can promote the innovation and the sustainable development of a corporation,and is the soul of the survival,competition and development of the corporation.As a traditional and monopolistic state-owned enterprise,power supply bureau has been carrying on the construction of corporate culture.But the opening-up of the power consumption market and the establishment of many electric selling corporation has broken the monopoly in a certain extent,which has influenced the profit model,operating mechanism and staff stability as well as the corporate culture management level.The truth that the employee workload and working pressure is increasing,and the lack of a deep understanding of culture has brought many problems to the culture construction.How to optimize the current practice of corporate culture in order to enhance the cohesion and competitive ability of the enterprise as well as its employee's enthusiasm and cultural awareness is a pressing problem.This thesis discussed the theoretical knowledge of corporation culture and briefly analyzed the domestic and overseas research status.Based on the four-level theory and the results of a questionnaire and field investigation,this thesis analyzed the cultural status of K Power Supply Bureau and put forward several existing problems and causes in four dimensions,which are spiritual culture,system culture,behavior culture and material culture.At the same time,it discussed the optimized schemes and safeguard measures for the corporation.Viewpoint of this thesis provides some ideas for the innovation and development of corporation culture,which can provide some help for the construction of culture atmosphere in K Power Supply Bureau,so that works in the bureau can meet the needs of market competition in a better way.
