E-business and mobile payment bring consumers convenience and create business opportunities for enterprises.A lot of enterprises realize that E-business would bring profits,so they join this camp one by one conducting these new online business and building new business model.The new model not only brings growth and competitive advantages but also brings the higher requirements and standards.In the changing market environment,if enterprises want to develop well they should lift their information and business capacity,at the same time they need to build a performance evaluation system that is fit to their business model.Performance evaluations will specified direction for development of enterprises.Enterprises could use the last period operation performance to evaluate themselves by performance evaluation systems.Enterprises could know their advantages and weakness to take some measures.There are many advantages for enterprises to adopt e-business but the feature of e-business make e-business market contains more risks which will make business deteriorate rapidly.Due to differences between traditional enterprises and e-commerce enterprises,financial indicators will not objectively reflect the operation performance.In order to analysis operation performance enterprises should consider their features clearly and choose the appropriate evaluation system and change it to fit the reality.Renew BSC to make it meeting the requirements of e-business considering Financial indicators and other indicators,keeping the balance of all aspects.Evaluate the performance objectively by overall analysis.On the basis of many scholars researches we collect all kinds of theories of performance evaluation.According to the specific business situation of SN commerce,the article builds the performance evaluation index system of e-commerce enterprises based on the financial,customer,internal business,learning and growth,and business model.With the help of AHP,the article makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluates scientifically based on the influencing degree of each index to offer scientific decision-making of e-commerce enterprises reliable basis and guarantee.There are six chapters in this article:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research,ideas and methods of the research,the content and innovation points of the research.The second chapter is theliterature review that mainly summaries the relevant research status of domestic and international.The third chapter is the related theory which elaborates the basic theory,including e-commerce,performance evaluation,Balanced Score Card theory of this paper.The fourth chapter is the analysis of SN Commerce's background and current situation.The fifth chapter is the analysis of SN Commerce business performance,which constructs the performance evaluation system of the electronic commerce enterprise based on the Balanced Score Card.And then determines the weight of indicators through AHP and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the efficacy to get the results of performance analysis.The six chapter carries on the conclusion and the forecast.
