Research On The Structure And Cost-sharing Of Cluster Supply Chains Based On Cloud Computing

With the development of regional economic integration and modern technology,the competition between enterprises is gradually transformed into the competition between supply chains and industrial clusters.With the increased diversification and individuation of customer demand,the problems have become more and more serious in the cluster supply chain which is a complex network chain and formed in the industrial clusters,such as low credibility and loyalty between the demand uncertainty,bullwhip effect,goal conflict,partners and obstacles of information sharing problem and so on.The members can't form a joint force to create the value of the cluster,and gradually lose their competitive edge.While cloud computing as a new network technology,it can achieve collaborative cooperation and resources integration and sharing in real-time among the supply chain and the enterprises,and provide needed products and services to customers with high speed,low cost,and more profession.This paper designed a cluster supply chain collaborative management system with five layers and an application structure model based on cloud computing,and analyzed business processes,information sharing of content,implementation of key technologies,advantages and cost variation of cluster supply chain coordination management in the cloud computing environment.Then,because of the big cost of cloud computing investment,in order to ensure that each enterprise in the cluster supply chain is energy efficiency after the investment of cloud computing technology,we discussed the cost and expected return of the cloud computing technology investment of cluster supply chain members under the supply chain quantity flexibility contract in this paper.On the basis of this,this paper established the cost allocation model of cloud computing technology and achieved a reasonable cost sharing decision by adjusting the maximum investment costs that the cluster supply chain can bear and the cost sharing coefficient,and then demonstrated the conclusion through an example.The results show that the use of cloud computing technology to implement cluster supply chain collaborative management can solve the information silos,improve information sharing,reduce bullwhip effect and so on,but it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of the cluster supply chain before the investment cloud computing technology.According to analyze how the change of the cloud computing investment costs and cost allocation coefficient impact the earnings increment of cluster supply chain and its members,We found that when the investment cost is lower than the critical cost of cloud computing,the cluster supply chain coordination can invest the cloud computing technology and realize the coordination management based on the cloud computing,and it realized optimization and the profit Pareto improvement on the cluster supply chain.
