Research On Chinese Archival Document Heritage Project

The China Archives Document Heritage Project is a national project that interfaces with the Memory of the World Program.It is a series of plans and measures for the identification,management,protection and development of archival documentary heritage.In 2000,influenced by the Memory of the World Program and the protection of domestic archival documentary heritage,the China Archives Document Heritage Project was officially launched under the leadership of the National Archives Bureau.By 2018,the China Archives Document Heritage Project not only selected four batches of 142 Chinese archival documentary heritages,but also successfully declared 12 Memory of the World Asia-Pacific Directory and 13 Memory of the World List,and built a directory system of Chinese archives and documentary heritage.It provides a way and platform for the archival document heritage to go abroad and face the world.It also actively promotes relevant scientific research protection projects,enhances archival document heritage protection,excavates the cultural connotation and value of archival document heritage,shapes cultural brands,and enhances the culture Influence of archival documentary heritage.The launch of China's archival document heritage project has aroused widespread concern about the archival heritage of the archives.Research on archival document heritage has emerged,but the results of direct research on heritage projects are few,and it is necessary to carry out the project for nearly two decades.Conduct a phased summary analysis to prepare for the upcoming new phase of the project.Therefore,this article takes the construction of China's archival document heritage project as the title,and analyzes the practice activities of the past 20 years in the past.This article has three parts: The first part is the background of the Chinese archival document heritage project.The initiation of the heritage project is not only an inevitable stage of the in-depth development of China's archival documentary heritage protection work,but also an important manifestation of the comprehensive implementation of the world memory project.The second part is the practical activities of the Chinese archives document heritage project.The China Archives Documentary Heritage Project has carried out work on the identification,protection and utilization of archival documentary heritage,established the Chinese archival document heritage directory system,namely the Chinese archival documentary heritage certification system,and conducted many archival documentary heritage research projects and publicity.Meanwhile,the development and utilization activities of publications,literature and art creations,etc.,implemented to protect and inherit the Chinese archival documentary heritage.The third part is the analysis and prospect of the practice activities of Chinese archival document heritage project.The launch of China's archival document heritage project provides a platform for the protection and development of archival documentary heritage,promotes the development of heritage protection work,and enhances the cultural influence of archival documentary heritage.However,in practice,positioning bias,organizational insufficiency,and activities have also appeared.Issues such as unbalanced content need to be strengthened from aspects such as engineering positioning,organizational functions,development planning,cooperation and exchange,and information construction.
