Power divider is an important part of the coupler,combiner and antenna array feed network.It is widely used in radar,measurement system and microwave communication.Small size,low cost,simple structure,high performance power divider promotes the development of modern microwave millimeter wave circuit technology.Based on the substrate integrated waveguide technology(SIW),it exhibits its unique advantages,high Q value,low loss,low cost and easy integration.This paper proposes a variety of implementation schemes based on SIW power divider in the V-band.The main research is as follows:First,combining the microstrip gradient line with the coplanar waveguide(GCPW)in the V-band,the wide-band SIW-GCPW structure is designed in the V-band,which reduces the loss of the SIW to the microstrip.The higher relative bandwidth with respect to the gradation line suppresses the resonance phenomenon in the band.Secondly,in the V-band,the planarization of the magic T is slotted at the center of the two output ports,and the solder isolation resistor improves the isolation of the two output ports.Due to the high frequency band of the power divider,the process requirements for soldering the isolation resistor are also high,and the isolation resistor value must be carefully designed.Therefore,the simulation and actual measurement results of this structure may be different.Through the improved scheme,a new V-band fully shielded 3dB power divider based on the four branch waveguide connector and E-face T-structures is proposed.The in-band differential loss is less than 1.2 dB over the entire 57 GHz to 67 GHz range,and the return loss is less than-12 dB.Isolation of the entire in-band output port is less than-12 dB.Finally,based on the radial power division theory,an octave power radial splitter with cross radial structure is proposed.This type of splitter increases the output route and has less than 1dB difference in the entire 60 GHz to 67 GHz band.The return loss is less than-16 dB,the return loss of the output port is less than-12.5dB,and the port isolation is smaller than-16 dB.Finally,design the HMSIW T-type Gysel power divider and the HMSIW parallel structure Gysel power divider in the V-band,and increase the number of isolated networks by the structure to improve the parallel structure of the the HMSIW.Splitter increases the output route and has less than 1.5dB difference in the entire 57 GHz to 71 GHz band.The return loss is less than-16 dB,the return loss of the output port is less than-14.5dB,and the port isolation is smaller than-17 dB.
