"Focus Interview" Research On The News Framework Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Reporting (2013-2019)

In November 2013,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the important concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" for the first time during his inspection tour in xiangxi,hunan province.Later,according to important instructions of general secretary xi jinping,the general office of the CPC central committee issued the opinions on promoting rural poverty alleviation and development through innovation mechanism,which established the strategic thinking status of targeted poverty alleviation.By 2020,China's ability to lift the rural poor out of poverty under the current standards will be the basic symbol of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing the first centenary goal.In this context,mass communication is closely integrated with poverty alleviation.Various media are attaching more and more importance to reports related to poverty alleviation,playing an important role in conveying information,building platforms,communicating,promoting education and creating an atmosphere of public opinion.With the development of media technology and implementation of village-to-village project in our country,TV penetration in the rural areas has reached more than 99%,and "topics in focus" is 26 years old TV news commentary program,the report in a country with strong social influence,content can be secondary in rural areas and even the multi-stage transmission,since "precise poverty alleviation" concept put forward "topics in focus" a total of 252 columns will be shot in this area,on the constant attention.Therefore,this study in November 2013 to December 31,2019,"precision poverty alleviation" reported "topics in focus" as the research object,using quantitative analysis method combined with kuo-jen tsang proposed including three hierarchy theory and the Vatican,dick hypothetical news schema theory,from the macroscopic framework,found "topics in focus" accurate reports for poverty alleviation change trend,the number of reported theme,title,the main emphasis of the types and functions of guide language,and the characteristics of the program overall tendency.From the mesoscopic construction framework,the paper finds out the features of the overall narrative structure and function of the program,the setting of news background,the geographical distribution of the report and the Angle of view of the report.From the perspective of the micro-discourse framework,the paper finds out the changes of the frequency of the program words,the characteristics and functionsof the use of rhetoric,as well as the advantages and propagation effects of TV commentary programs highlighted by the way of reporting.In general,the advantages of the news framework of the targeted poverty alleviation report of focus interview are reflected in the following aspects:highlighting the program positioning,strong guidance,constructing a multi-angle narrative framework,and giving full play to the advantages of TV commentary programs.The problems of its news framework mainly include the absence of supervision by public opinion,the lack of gender framework of character reports and the over-stereotyped program form and narrative way.In this study,the following points should be achieved in the construction of the news framework of focus interview in this field: paying equal attention to publicity and supervision,telling the story of women's poverty alleviation,planning diversified program forms,and improving audience participation.
