Research On The Development Strategy Of MT Group's Informatization

MT Group is a large state-owned enterprise mainly engaged in liquor production and operation.How to formulate and implement the information development strategy of MT Group and achieve its strategic objectives is a problem worthy of study.On the basis of sorting out the relevant theories of information development strategy,this paper clarifies the current situation of MT Group's information construction,and points out some problems in the aspects of low overall level of information infrastructure construction,application level which is difficult to support the company strategy,serious information isoland,cooperative predicament,the lack of information assessment and incentives,which are difficult to meet the needs of the group's development.Then,this paper analyses the external environment around the political environment,economic environment,social environment and technological environment,makes an internal environment analysis around the organizational structure,information foundation,operation mode and enterprise culture,and then identifies opportunities and threats with the external environment analysis,strengths and weaknesses with the internal environment analysis,and puts forward the references of SO strategy,WO strategy,ST strategy,WT strategy,and then analyzes and draws lessons from the informatization development strategy of benchmarking enterprises,such as China Resources Group and China Textile Group,which referring to SO strategy which fully draw lessons from the successful experience of other enterprises.Then,combining with the development strategy of MT Group,this paper puts forward the suggestions for the development goal of MT Group's informatization and the conception of perfecting the informatization governance system.The scope of information system planning is formulated by using the methods of critical success factor analysis and strategic target set transfer.The bottom support is realized by the system architecture method,and the construction and optimization of key systems are emphasized.Finally,this paper puts out the guarantee for the implementation of information development strategy,which contains advances from the aspects of planning management,capital investment,personnel construction,organizational guarantee,cultural propaganda guarantee and risk preventio.The research forms and conclusions of this paper can provide valuable knowledge and reference for MT Group and similar state-owned enterprises,and have certain practical guiding significance.
