A Comparative Study On The Reporting Forms Of The "Huge Case" In Different Newspapers

The hugjille pattern is an example of injustice in the history of Chinese law.On April 9,1996,18-year-old Huge Gilletu was called the murderer of the woman's toilet in the woolen mill.62 days later,on June 10,the court sentenced Hugo Gillettu to death and immediately executed it.In 2005,zhao zhihong was arrested in connection with a human life case,and 17 cases were filed,including the rape and murder of a woman in a women's toilet at a" "four· nine" "wool knitting factory.Since then,after the official confirmation and announcement,people from all walks of life widely concerned and reported "hugjile pattern".The thesis is composed of introduction,main part(chapter 1,chapter 2,chapter 3)and conclusion.The introduction explains the topic and object,the research situation,research content and method,research purpose and significance,and related concepts of "hugjile pattern".In the first chapter,the reports of the three seven newspapers involving the "hugjiler pattern" are listed in three stages,and the layout,source and writing form of the newspapers are displayed.Among them,the urban newspaper "Hohhot evening news" reported the earliest and "Inner Mongolia morning news"reported the most.The second stage of the three-level full report related to "huugjille pattern" is the most reported,which is also the metropolis daily "northern new daily".In the second chapter,horizontal and vertical comparison is made between the reporting forms involving "huugjille pattern",and comparative analysis is made on newspaper layout,manuscript source and writing form.On the front page of which the most reports are the newspaper's own contributions to the most "Inner Mongolia morning news".In the form of writing,the urban newspaper Inner Mongolia morning news reported the most by words and pictures,while the Inner Mongolia legal daily reported the most by text and pictures.In the longitudinal comparison,seven newspapers compared the development of each report involving the "huugjille pattern" in three stages.Among them,urban newspaper Hohhot evening news,party newspaper and Mongolian edition Inner Mongolia daily all have reports at level 3,while five Chinese newspapers did not publish reports in the first stage.The coverage of the"huugjille pattern",with few pictures,was most concentrated on the second phase.This paper generalizes the typical and characteristic of the report form related to the huugjille pattern.We believe that the commonalities of the three party newspapers are all self-compiled and mainly written reports.The commonality of the three metropolitan newspapers is that the front page publishes the articles prepared by the newspaper itself and those provided by xinhua news agency in the form of text reports.Party newspapers,city newspapers and trade newspapers all use written reports to publish the articles written by the newspapers themselves.The characteristics of the party newspaper,although not on the front page of the People's Daily related to the "huugjille pattern," but the strongest is accompanied by text and pictures of the coverage.The Chinese version of Inner Mongolia daily is mostly based on contributions from xinhua news agency.The characteristic of the city newspapers is that the new north China Daily and the Inner Mongolia morning post adopt articles reproduced from other news reports.Northern new daily and Inner Mongolia morning post are characterized by more reports on text and pictures,while Inner Mongolia morning post is characterized by more pictures.
