Design And Implementation Of Case Quality Evaluation Method Based On Evidence Matching

With the rapid development of information technology,especially the rapid development of artificial intelligence,new impetus has been injected into all walks of life.It has also promoted the highly informationized development of the work of the people's courts,especially the informationized level of the court's case acceptance,trial,execution and supervision,and promoted judicial fairness and justice.In order to evaluate the trial work of the people's courts more objectively and fairly,strengthen the trial management of the people's courts,strengthen supervision and improve the objectivity and fairness of the trial work,it is necessary to study the evaluation methods of the court cases themselves.Court verdict and electronic dossier,as the most fundamental data of a case,carry laws and regulations,represent fairness and justice,and their consistency of evidence represents the quality of a case to a certain extent.Based on this,this paper proposes a case quality assessment method based on evidence matching,which evaluates the case quality from the case data itself.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Evidence extraction methods for court verdict.In this paper,evidence extraction methods based on mixed model and boundary are proposed.Evidence extraction method based on mixed model achieves the purpose of improving the effect of evidence extraction by using evidence headword model to assist evidence word model.The boundary-based evidence extraction method effectively enhances the effect of evidence word extraction with the help of the good end boundary recognition effect of evidence words.(2)Evidence recognition methods for electronic dossier.This paper uses image-based classification model and text-based classification model to identify evidence in electronic dossier.(3)Case quality assessment method based on evidence matching.In this paper,a complete matching scheme between evidence and electronic dossier data is proposed.The scheme uses short text matching method based on combination strategy and associationmethod based on rules to match evidence with electronic dossier catalogue,and outputs the case quality evaluation results based on evidence matching.
