Prioritization Of Subject Research Based On Trend Analysis

The research priority of subject themes is the analysis of research level based on the trend of user demand and posting.The subject of priority research is the emphasis and difficulty of scientific development and guides the direction of scientific development.Identifying and grasping the priorities of the subject themes timely and accurately is of great significance to the rational allocation of scientific research resources by the state and scientific research institutions and researcher's topic.With the continuous development of the Internet and the maturity of database technology,the literature resources are increasing day by day,resulting in information overload.This poses a problem for scientific researchers in identifying priorities for subject research.By combing the research gaps on priority,it is found that the priority is applied in many fields of society,but there are few subject priority studies in the academic field.In the academic field,the themes of research priority guides the direction of subject development.This study believes that research gaps and research hotspots should have research priorities.Through the analysis of research gaps and research hotspot identification methods,the keyword and literature are mostly used as the analysis unit,but the trend of posting and user demand are not considered.Based on the above research,the subject matter's citation volume and the amount of publications,combining with the trend analysis,the paper detects the research gaps and research hotspots in the subject field.The study contains five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose and significance.On the basis of combing the relevant research status at home and abroad,through theoretical analysis and empirical research,the research gap and research are proposed from the macroscopic perspective,which provides new ideas for the prioritization of subject research.The second chapter elaborates on the theoretical methods,introduces the topic extraction model,Z-score,Sen's slope estimation method and entropy weight method respectively,which is the basis for the applicability and empirical research of the following methods.The third chapter focuses on the needs of users.The PCC-based issue indicates the research trend,constructs the rate formula according to the user's needs,and then proposes the subject-oriented strategic coordinate analysis based on the “trend-rate two-dimensional method”.Taking the core journals in the field of Library Science data sources,the LDA model is used for topic extraction.Through the trend-rate two-dimensional calculation process,the data needed to draw the strategic coordinate map is obtained.After analysis,the subject topics "public cultural undertakings" have research priorities in the field of library science," reading promotion " is behind.The fourth chapter proposes the priority ranking of subject research based on Z-score and Sen's slope.The Z-score represents the activity of the research topic;the sentiment trend of the research topic is represented by the Sen's slope;the entropy weight method is used to assign the activity and the post-trend trend.The weights are 0.54 and 0.46,and the research priority ranking of the subject of library science is realized by operation.Compared with the Citespace burst detection method,it is summarized that "library networking and automation","reading promotion","public cultural undertakings" and "information resource construction and knowledge management" in the field of library science are higher than those of other disciplines.The fifth chapter summarizes the results of the third and fourth chapters,draws the conclusions of this study,and forecasts the future for the lack of research.Based on the citation volume and volume of subject topics,this study focuses on user needs,combines trend analysis,and uses quantitative analysis and contrast experiments to identify subject topics with research priorities.This study reflects the impact and quality of subject topics from a new perspective,with a view to providing reference for future research and researchers,policy makers and managers and to helping researchers improve the efficiency of scientific research and assist managers to make scientific research plans.
