With the rapid development of mobile networks,mobile devices are relatively ubiquitous and the mobile payment system is maturing.So the technological conditions are unprecedented for knowledge payment.In the context of sharing economy,popular knowledge anxiety and fragmented information demand also promote the continuous exploration of knowledge payment model.However,how can we ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the industry? What are the specific factors that influence the behavior of knowledge payment? Based on this,this paper,with the help of qualitative analysis software NVivo 11,adopts the method of qualitative analysis to conduct an exploratory study on the influencing factors of knowledge payment behavior in the mobile network environment,in order to provide theoretical support and reference for it.This research mainly adopts the qualitative research method--grounded theory.Firstly,it analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of knowledge payment behavior in the mobile network environment,and then sorts out relevant conceptual theories involved in the research.Secondly,the interviewees are deeply understood,the research data are obtained,and the qualitative analysis software--NVivo11 is used to conduct qualitative analysis of the interview data,so as to complete the qualitative research design process of influencing factors of knowledge payment behavior under the mobile network environment.Therefore,this paper proposes four influential factors of individual cognition,individual demand,product characteristics and product design,and makes a detailed description.At last,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for knowledge payment platform and users respectively,in order to promote the further development of knowledge payment.
