Survey Of Information Service Platform For Precision Poverty Alleviation In Shanxi Province

Poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation is a topic that has been unchanged since the establishment of our country.The establishment of an accurate poverty alleviation information service platform based on the Internet can enable practitioners to better implement the policies of the CPC Central Committee and make the help management procedures more accurate.This paper takes the "Shanxi Public Welfare",the first accurate information service platform for poverty alleviation that integrates the Internet + poverty alleviation + public welfare + finance,as the research object,and adopts the research method of combining the Internet with the field.This paper investigates the current situation of the information service platform for targeted poverty alleviation in Shanxi province and its users,and finds that the service level of Shanxi public welfare is not high,there is no supervisory feedback mechanism,the population identification is not perfect,and the interaction between the government and the people is not good.And from the poverty identification management system is not perfect,the process of recognition in the transmission of obstacles and lack of talent and other aspects of in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem.Then,with reference to the successful experience of constructing the information service platform for precision poverty alleviation in Gansu province,this paper puts forward the strategies to promote the optimization of the information service platform for precision poverty alleviation in Shanxi province from two aspects of government management and website construction.This study is not only beneficial to the perfection of the information service platform for accurate poverty alleviation in Shanxi province,but also provides theoretical support for the in-depth study of rural problems,the promotion of rural modernization,and the method for the local government to promote the construction of the information service platform for accurate poverty alleviation.
