The air traffic control technical support department needs to ensure the normal operation of the radar antenna unit installed on the radar tower.When encountering a special climate,the outdoor unit of the radar antenna will be prone to failure,such as loose radar head,offset of the base,etc.Check equipment to identify potential safety hazards in advance to ensure flight safety is not affected.The simple manpower inspection in bad weather will increase the safety risks of personnel.In order to solve the problem of inspection of special equipment such as air traffic control,this thesis puts forward the research topic of the mobile tube mobile reconstruction reconstruction inspection robot experimental platform.This thesis research content for mobile reconstruction robot experimental platform design and implementation,design and complete the robot concrete structure,control system and control algorithm,established the mobile robot move reconstruction experimental platform.The system of experimental planning,the robot and combination robot unit mobility and climbing ability,obstacle-climbing capability are verified;The docking of two units,robot robot from the discrete conditions to assembling state reconstruction process validated by experiment,the results prove the rationality of the design of the unit robot,combination the validity of the method.
