Design And Implementation Of Secondary Vocational Campus Information System Based On WeChat Public Platform

With the rapid development of network services and mobile communication technology,WeChat,as one of the most widely used mobile phone software in China,not only becomes an essential social software in people's lives,but also plays an important role in learning,management and other fields.In recent years,the public number management platform of WeChat,which can publish information,inquire,set up various tasks and apply for,helps people to easily access information and manage efficiently,has won the favor of many organizations,enterprises and institutions.In order to conform to the development trend of mobile information management,more and more secondary vocational schools begin to use this public platform in WeChat to consciously build an information management system suitable for themselves,hoping to enable students and teachers to process relevant information in a timely and convenient manner and improve the efficiency of secondary vocational education management.This paper studies the actual needs of secondary vocational schools,in-service teachers and students.Based on the technical characteristics of the WeChat platform,it puts forward the ideas and solutions of constructing the campus information system in the WeChat public platform.The users of the information management system based on WeChat platform are divided into system administrators,administrators,teachers and students.The main functions of the system are enrollment,teaching and management interaction.The functions of the enrollment module include college website,candidates' question and answer,enrollment brief and online consultation.The functions of the teaching interaction module include information binding management,my grades,timetable inquiry and office assistant management;and the functions of the management interaction module include leave management,check-in management,maintenance management and professional appraisal inquiry.In order to facilitate the establishment of information system and the future management and upgrading,all the technologies adopted in this paper are relatively mature at present:WeChat provides interface services,the front platform uses PHP language;the background uses Java language programming,and uses the widely popular SSH framework,MVC design pattern;and uses My SQL database for design.Because the developed system is based on WeChat,it can be compatible with the current mainstream mobile operating system.At present,mobile phones on the market can be operated to facilitate the use of teachers and students.With the continuous updating of the functions of WeChat,the management system functions based on WeChat platform will also be upgraded continuously to meet the increasing expectations of teachers and students.Based on the WeChat public platform,the secondary vocational school information system can get rid of the constraints of time and space,provide a convenient and scientific platform for teachers and students anytime and anywhere.It can help secondary vocational schools to integrate information,knowledge and office systems,enhance the overall efficiency of the unit,and sharply reduce the operating cost and constantly promote the increasingly perfect work management.
