The use of modern information technology to transform the traditional water conservancy project management mode can promote the process of project approval,monitoring and settlement of water conservancy projects.It is not only an inevitable trend in the development of water conservancy industry,but also an important means of realizing the leap forward development of water conservancy project budget to accelerate the process of informatization.According to the object oriented idea,the system uses the UML(Unified Model Lanuage)modeling language to abstract the things in the system model,and connects the things through the class diagram,and carries on the requirement analysis and modeling.In the system design phase,we use MVC development technology to build the system framework,the data persistence layer selects Hibernate,and the data management platform adopts Mysql database.Then,the class diagram,flow chart and database of the system are designed.Finally,the main function code of the system is realized through the MVC design pattern.This system uses the B/S structure,designs and implements a water engineering budget system based on the SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate)framework,and realizes the functions of system management,engineering management,standard library management,budget management,batch query,data analysis and so on.The test shows that the system can effectively solve the problem of budget management of water conservancy projects,effectively reduce the burden of management personnel,make water conservancy project management more convenient,intelligent,efficient and standardized,and effectively promote the rapid development of water conservancy project information.
