The Design And Implementation Of A J2EE-based Comprehensive Business Management Platform For College Archives

With the development of Internet technology and times,more and more electronic documents and multimedia files need to be preserved and managed.The original filemanagement system has been unable to meet the new demand of the current file management,and the problem of the information bottleneck of file management is becoming more and more prominent.On the other hand,the original file management cannot effectively implement the rules and regulations for file management.Inadequate automation,intelligence,and visualization limits the efficiency of file management.Under the application scenario of strong periodicity and instantaneous concurrent access,the lack of capability of the original file management system is further highlighted.University management information is an important part of current university management.In order to meet the requirements of the current file management effectively,we will build a database management information portal system based on J2EE,and promote the process of informatization of archives management in colleges and universities.In this paper,the author investigates and analyzes the current management bottleneck of archives management system and the new requirements of archives management.This paper also aims at the characteristics of high periodicity,short-term concurrent visits,and strong liquidity in colleges and universities,combined with the current rapid growth of electronic archives,designing and building a file management information portal system that meets various needs.The main work of this paper mainly includes the following four aspects.Firstly,in-depth research and analysis of the current archives management in colleges and universities development bottleneck and understanding of college archives management application scenarios,together with the present situation of electronic archives growth trend,determine the research subject,content and purpose.Secondly,this paper combines the application scenarios of the system,selects a reasonable technical solution,integrates system feasibility and user role authority,models functional requirements of the system through UML use case diagrams,and sorts out nine important system functional requirements such as online submission.It also analyzes and elaborates the non-functional requirements of performance and security,and forms a complete system requirement document,which can guide the design and development of subsequent systems.Thirdly,based on system requirements,we carry out detailed system design and implementation.Respectively on logic and the design of the technical architecture,network topology,database,functional module and the business process,it has carried on the detailed design,and combined with the J2EE framework to build system of each function module development and system integration work.Fourthly,following the system testing process,the test cases were purposely formulated,and the system was subjected to detailed functional tests and performance tests,respectively,and the discovered problems were iteratively repaired until the system reached the upper deployment standard.This article based on J2EE's archive management information portal system passed the system test evaluation,it has completed the deployment of on-line,provide an effective file information management services for the school,effectively improving the efficiency of file management and user experience,and gained good reputation among the teachers and students in colleges and universities.
