Design And Development Of The Parameterization System Of The Automatic Biochemical Analyzer

The automatic biochemical analyzer as one of the representative instrument in medical industry,its collection of light,mechanical and electrical integration in one,mainly for all levels of hospitals to provide clinical biochemistry,clinical hematology,clinical immunology and other aspects of inspection items to determine the health status of the body,is the hospital must be testing equipment.With the application of three-dimensional CAD software and parameterized technology,the research and development of fully automatic biochemical analyzer is also moving towards automation,integration and intelligence.This article aims to develop a highly automated,visual,easy to operate three-dimensional CAD parametric design software for the follow-up of product development to provide a new solution.Based on the analysis of the actual situation of SINNOWA company,we have determined the use of SolidWorks secondary development technology and parametric design techniques,developed a parametric design software for our company's automatic biochemical analyzer.After analyzing the driving parameters and the driven parameters of the main components,the parameterized model of the reaction disk,reagent tray,sample disk,adding arm,mixing arm and cleaning module of the product is established,and the corresponding engineering drawing template is provided,which provides a model basis for parameterization procedure.The database development and design of the system is completed by using ACCESS database,and the access to database is realized by ADO access technology.The final software in the actual test operation significantly improves the design efficiency,reducing the designer's duplication of effort.In addition,this paper also develops the document management system in view of the shortage of company file management.Finally,the document management system is completed,which contains not only document management functions,but also task management function,personnel management function and chat function.After the actual test run,the system runs safely and reliably,and achieved the expected goal.
