At present,in many intelligent devices,a wide range of sensors are used for data detection and transmission,and the applieation of sensors has long been permeated into all aspects of life.With the development and progress of the information age,people gradually raise the requirements for the sensor.The face of more and more special signals,many applications hope that the sensor can have a transparent,flexible,scalable,easy to carry,wearable and so on.On this basis,to meet the above trends and characteristics,flexible sensor came into being.Because of its simple and easy operation equipment,wide range of raw materials and high printing accuracy,electrostatic spraying technology has drawn wide attention in many fields as a new inkjet printing technology.This paper first introduces the improvement of the existing electrostatic spraying technology,and improves the printing accuracy of the laboratory electrostatic spraying technology by adjusting the solution,substrate,nozzle size and ejection height.With these foundations,we started to study the method of preparing flexible resistive pressure sensors by using electrostatic spraying technology.The prototype of the flexible resistive pressure sensor was successfully realized Sensing area of 4*4mm2,the force range of 0 to 400KPa,can be close to the skin of the human body flexible resistive pressure sensor.At the same time,a series of tests were carried out on the samples,and the principle that the pressure led to the change of the resistance of nanosilver wires was explored.A feature of resistive pressure sensors is the direct use of electrosprayed silver nanowires as the sensing medium,not just the wires.Aiming at the phenomenon that the pressure leads to the change of the resistance of nanosilver wires,three possible resistance changing mechanisms are proposed in this paper.Theoretical analysis and experimental tests are carried out respectively.Finally,it is concluded that the local intense stretching caused by local microdisplacements is the most The main mechanism.
