Research And Analysis Of The Student Dormitory Management System Of Yunnan Open University

Dormitory is the main site in students' college life,therefor the dormitory administration is a very important part of student affairs.Dispersive accommodation,the increasing number of students makes massive complex trivial affairs,and also brings hidden troubles to campus security and students' daily life.How to solve these problems,as college managers' concerns,asking to meet the need of the development and efficiency of administration,college ought to develop a dormitory administration information system,which using computer information administration system to replace traditional manual record.First,the thesis introduces research background,research significance,current research progress and application of Yunnan Open College Dormitory Administration System,and describes research contents and main duties.In operation analysis,it analyses existing problems on the system,institution structure and original operation flow,and then modifies operation flow.In functional analysis,in according to the analysis of data dictionary and data flow,it clarifies the function structure and points out the holistic function framework.The main function modules include understructure information management,freshman check-in management and dormitory adjusting management etc.In data analysis,it draws E-R diagrams from data analysis of each function modules and sets up database of dormitory administration system.In the end,it summarizes the research and analysis results,discusses and strengthen the further work.
