Research And Analysis Of Baoshan College's Student Poverty Relief Management System

As the social economy develops rapidly,computer information and internet technology are highly popular in various fields of social affairs under the current situation,it has become a trend that the work in universities are transformed towards high efficiency,high coverage,multi-level and multi-angle managements.With the changes in state funding policies,Baoshan College is funding more students with more funds year by year based on the policy requirements of the state and provincial funding centers every year.However,the conflict between too many students and the shortage of teachers and staff is increasingly obvious,hence,studying and analyzing an information management system of aiding the poor aimed at the students in Baoshan College is pretty necessary to improve the working and managing efficiency of poor-aiding.The past social poor-aiding management affairs were done and filed by word,excel,paper materials,which exists many problems like labor consuming,errors-prone,and limited storage life of paper files.This paper studied and analyzed the system through an analysis of the current status of the students' poor-aiding management at home and abroad combing the actual situation of Baoshan College's students' poor aiding.Firstly,the paper explained the needs of system and the organizational structure as well as the system user role.Secondly,it analyzed the original operation flow through a flow chart,optimized the system and designed a system covering a module of seven functions,including the basic information management,system management,and identification of poverty the poor students management,funding management,work management,feedback management and system management,and analysis of its sub module.Thirdly,it analyzed specifically the system functions from user role to system example chart and then showed a system functional chart.It applied the poor-aiding management system in BaoShan College to actual work through a study and analysis of the operation,function and data of the whole system,which will speed the management of the poor-aiding in Baoshan College and lower the management cost.
