From the implementation of the national fitness program to the official issuance of the national fitness plan 2016-2020,national fitness has been developing for 20 years now.The concept of national fitness has also developed from the original model of physical fitness as the purpose,entertainment and relaxation as a means,to in-depth daily life and become a living habit of people.In recent years,the rapid development of fitness apps has brought a huge impact on people's physical exercise.College students in the new era are one of the large groups of Internet applications,and they pay more attention to fitness apps.In extracurricular sports activities,the number of students who use fitness apps to participate in physical exercise increases sharply.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the application of fitness apps in college students' extracurricular sports activities.In this paper,using the method of literature study,interview method,questionnaire investigation,logic analysis,observation and mathematical statistics,college students of 12 universities in Nanjing city,sports experts and teachers as investigation object,and to investigate and research the fitness class APP in Nanjing,the application status of college students in extra-curricular sports activities and fitness class APP's influence on college students' extracurricular sports activities,on the basis of summarizing the students in the application of existing problems and put forward the corresponding Suggestions.The article draws the following conclusions:Is a gym class APP is used widely in the college students in Nanjing,accounting for 78.5% of the total,students in extra-curricular sports activities-21:00 application period focused on 17:00,continue to use most of the time within an hour,the top three students to use the APP to Keep,yue moving coil and millet movement,is spoken by the largest species of running APP,the application function,to plan the step function,movement time records and trajectory of the records,watch the fitness education video and fitness knowledge.Second is the way of students choose fitness class APP is given priority to with media and school requirements,there are nearly a quarter of the students are independent demand,using fitness class APP to participate in extracurricular sports activities,the first purpose,is to lose weight,body building and shaping,a general attitude to fitness class APP evaluation,think that the biggest problems flow consumption is too big,can't be used offline,second is mostly the same function and single.Three is fitness class APP ex-curricular sports activities of students had no effect on the selection of sports,forced to use and free to use the student does not exist significant differences in project selection,strength of extracurricular sports activitieshave a big impact,forced to use and free to use the students there were significant differences in strength,interest in students extracurricular sports activities and habits have a positive effect,but the effect is not very big,have effects on attitude toward students extracurricular sports activities,the students' cognitive,mandating the use of students attitude better than free to use.Fourthly,fitness apps frequently use electronic screens in college students' extracurricular sports activities,which makes their spare time fragmented.Lack of scientific physical exercise plan,difficult to maintain exercise habits;Function application is a little too single,the application habit is difficult to maintain;Lack of standardization in management and risk in use;The school's guidance is not enough and the evaluation method is not reasonable.In view of the current situation and problems in the application of fitness apps in college students' extracurricular sports activities,the Suggestions are as follows:First,college students should control the frequency of screen use,set and strictly implement the daily application plan,reasonably use their spare time,and allocate some time for extracurricular sports activities.Make a scientific exercise plan,through the completion of the plan gradually develop good exercise habits.Second,college students should develop multi-function applications,use the core functions and other functions of fitness apps,and enhance their interest in sustainability through the application of multiple functions.Thirdly,fitness apps should constantly strengthen themselves,standardize the requirements of management methods,strengthen the safety reinforcement of software and the protection of procedures,and reduce the risk factors of use.Four is school strengthen guidance,many times to carry out the network security education and organize activities of various kinds of theme class meeting,choose to use the APP clock is included in the student sports scores or intends to adopt the way to school,need to study a lot of student's attitude to this way of evaluation,according to the feedback and attitude of students,etc.,considering various factors,build a reasonable evaluation system.
