The problems of the forms of Parent-Teacher Communication have long been controversial and challenge for kindergarten and family.It has the positive side in that it does promote contact between family and kindergarten.However,it also has the negative side,a little error will cause the misunderstanding between the family and kindergarten and then a gap.Due to their young age and weak ability to take care of themselves,children in kindergartens need the joint care of parents and teachers in particular.In recent years,some kindergartens have been exposed by the media due to non-standard management,which has caused anxiety among parents.Parents' trust in kindergartens should be based on the effective communication between teachers and parents.Teachers should use their own charm and education methods under certain professional background to reassure parents.Shanghai is one of the window of the representative of Chinese education,with the development of modern education technology and the arrival of electronic information age,teachers have multiple media when communicating with parents.For example,through the kindergarten website,QQ,WeChat,telephone and other ways,more and more ways of communication between parents and teachers,but the frequency of communication and how to master the degree and validity of communication is still we should pay attention to,only through effective communication can strengthen the kindergarten and family ties,in order to promote the healthy development of young children,and according to children's individual situation,family and the kindergarten make joint breeding measures to find the best way for children.We admit the difference among the educated,and today's great respect for the educated makes teachers less "severe".This is true no matter what age group you are,especially especially the older the educated become,the more "free" they seem to be.We respect any kind of parenting methods that parents take as long as it does not harm their children,even if they are sometimes controversial.Instead of lamenting "5+2=0",it is better to popularize some scientific parenting knowledge to parents while their children are still young.The reason why some parents have inappropriate practices in the eyes of professional educators is largely due to the fact that parents do not know what is right.We do not insist on how to change parents,but we hope to give parents a vision through effective Parent-Teacher Communication.This thesis consists of 4chapters and appendix.By sorting out the communication mode of Parent-Teacher Communication in J District,the thesis formulated improvement strategies for parents,teachers and kindergartens,explored their intentions and attitudes,further enriched the communication mode and channels,and combined with the development of relevant activities,improved the existing problems in the current communication mode.In the first chapter,the introduction introduces the background of the topic,defines the concept,and expounds the domestic and foreign relevant research status and research scheme.The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of Parent-Teacher Communication and the practical utility of Parent-Teacher Communication.This thesis discusses the specific ways,studies the historical process of Parent-Teacher Communication,and points out the new problems and urgent need to improve the modern Parent-Teacher Communication.The third chapter investigates the current situation of Parent-Teacher Communication,introduces the development of Parent-Teacher Communication in J District,analyzes the process of practical exploration,and considers the existing favorable factors as a foundation for improvement.The fourth chapter is the research on the improvement of the mode of Parent-Teacher Communication,emphasizing on affirming the equal status of parents and kindergartens in this communication.It analyzes and summarizes the problems and countermeasures of the mode of Parent-Teacher Communication,and analyzes the reasons from four aspects: parents' position,kindergarten's position,children's position,and social position.Put forward the concept and connotation of deepening the communication mode,improve the process and path,and clarify the rights and responsibilities of both sides,and make the communication mode more diversified,and implement it in the home visit,parents' meeting,family committee,contact channels and related activities,so as to make it more practical and instructive.In the development of relevant activities,the awareness of reflection and reflection of the supervision mechanism should be throughout the implementation of the supervision mechanism to ensure the relevant interests of children.
