Simply put,countryside complex represents an attachment and love of one's hometown from countryside residents.This complex constitutes the inner momentum for mobilizing the subjects of the rural vitalization strategy(countryside residents)to dedicate themselves into the strategy and give play to their subjective initiative,thereby forming the significant protection factor for realizing the long-term development of rural vitalization.Since the Reform and Opening Up,with the expansion of the scale of traditional cities and the aggravation of the process of industrial transfer,especially the influence of factors such as the long-term inefficiency of agricultural income,a large number of high-quality labor began to transfer to the urban area,leading to a daily aggravation of problems such as aging of the countryside population,the lowering of the labor quality,and the weakening of the social statuses among population in the countryside.These problems led to the hollowing out of the countryside,as well as the appearance and expansion of the decline of the countryside,and the increasingly weakening of the countryside complex of rural residents.Running away from the countryside,therefore,has become a fashionable yet helpless choice.The lack of countryside complex led by many factors,as an objective existence,has become an indisputable fact and the negative influences it brings to the strategy of rural vitalization is above all obvious.How to reverse this phenomenon,is apparently a comprehensive project,and conception guiding,and the cultivation of the countryside complex are indispensable.Particularly,the cultivation of the countryside complex for the middle school students from the countryside is directly related to the future of the development of the rural areas.This paper takes the rejuvenation of the countryside as its field of vision,adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case study as its research methods,centers on the current situation of the countryside complex of part of the countryside middle school students,to deeply analyze the existing problems and reasons amid the countryside complex of the middle school students in rural areas of our nation.The paper explores the effective routes for cultivating the countryside complex of rural middle school students with an emphasis,and hopes to guide them to form the complex,thus providing a ceaseless flow of talents for thelong-term rural vitalization.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the origin,overview,aim and significance,as well as the methods and innovations of the research.The second part of the paper presents the basic definition for the cultivation of countryside complex for rural middle-school students.It mainly includes the demarcation of related concepts,the basic connotation of countryside complex,the inner logic of rural vitalization and countryside complex cultivation,as well as the times connotation of the cultivation of the countryside complex for rural middle school students.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the countryside complex of rural middle school students,and mainly expounds on the current situation of the complex,its overall evaluation and an analysis of the causes of the problems existing in it.The fourth part represents the key part of the paper,and discusses the basic routes for cultivating the countryside complex of middle school students based on the questions posed above.It argues to cultivate the vitalization from building up the equal consciousness between the urban and rural areas,the optimization of the environment and conditions for learning success,activation of native education materials,as well as the promotion of the teaching on native education.
