Research On The Development And Countermeasures Of Professional Social Sports Instructors In Jining City, Shandong Province

According to the nature of their labor,the current social sports instructors in China can be classified as pro bono and professional.Both public welfare social sports instructors and occupational social sports instructors play an important role in the development of mass sports in China.In the existing studies,most of them are on the development of social sports instructors for public welfare.However,there are few systematic studies and analyses on the current work and development status of professional social sports instructors,failing to understand their real work nature,development status and measures to be taken.In this paper,questionnaire survey,literature review,mathematical statistics and interview were used to investigate and analyze the professional social sports instructors in 11 counties and districts of Jining city,and to deeply understand the overall quality,training system,management and development of their teams.The investigation shows that the number of professional social sports instructors in Jining is increasing,the sex ratio and age ratio are unreasonable,the educational level is high,the working life is short,and the guiding items are rich;the training courses of Jining instructors are few,the training content emphasizes theory rather than practice,the practical application is not strong,and the training evaluation system is not perfect;the management system of Jining Sports Bureau is not perfect,and the supervision is abundant.Insufficient management,professional social sports instructor's sense of responsibility is not strong.In this regard,the author puts forward some pertinent suggestions:1.Increase the recruitment of high-quality social sports instructors to rationalize the team structure;the sports bureau and the government shall increase the fund and policy support for the professional social sports instructors,make reasonable plans for their positions,and improve their social status.2.Enrich the training content and form with the help of the advantages of colleges and universities,so as to apply what is learned in the training courses;To set up special departments to manage the training system for professional social sports instructors;We will increase retraining and evaluation of professional social sports instructors.3.Improve the management institutions and departments of professional social sports instructors,establish a network platform,and conduct unified management of instructors on the network;To increase publicity,improve the social recognition of professional social sports instructors,and strengthen the supervision of the principle of certification;To improve the sense of responsibility of professional social sports instructors for mass fitness activities and give full play to the social value of professional social sports instructors.
