In the new era of reforms going to the deep water area, although the middle school teachers have also made many reforms, many teachers are only coping with reforms, and they have not taken the initiative to carry out reforms by absorbing new achievements, accepting new things. For example,in today's classrooms, there are still some students who are not actively involved in classroom teaching and follow classroom teaching in a silent way.The negative classroom feedback of students hinders the smooth progress of teaching activities.Through the survey, the paper finds that students generally recognize that positive speeches in the classroom contribute to the improvement of academic performance. They also hope to participate in various classroom interactions, but there are still obvious contradictions between ideal and reality. The purpose of this study was to explore the reasons that prevented students from putting their wishes into action and to propose solutions to break the silence and create a positive classroom atmosphere.Based on this, the author combines "The Spiral Of Silence" theory of communication, aiming at exploring the reasons for the formation of students' silent behavior in high school ideological and political classrooms through literature methods, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods,in order to break the silence of high school classrooms.Provide some appropriate advice and strategies. This paper first expounds the connotation of classroom silence and analyzes the concept and characteristics of"The Spiral Of Silence".Secondly, through questionnaires and interviews,we can understand the situation of students' classroom silence, and analyze the reasons for the current high school students' silence in the ideological and political class from three aspects:culture, students and teachers. In terms of culture, the factors that leading to the silence of students in the classroom is negative Chinese traditional culture. The teachers' factors mainly include the influence of teacher-student relationship, teaching style, questioning skills, and classroom feedback. The student factors mainly include:students' study habits, language ability, learning motivation and personal character.Thirdly, from the perspective of teaching theory and communication theory,it analyzes the relevance and feasibility of applying "The Spiral Of Silence" theory to the silent phenomenon of the classroom.By applying the knowledge of communication to the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,it can broaden the "silence".The application of "The Spiral Of Silence" theory can also enrich the research perspective of ideological and political teaching. Finally, combined with the reasons of the previous analysis, combined with the three core concepts of "view climate","quasi-sensory statistics" and "isolated fear" in "The Spiral Of Silence" theory, the strategies for solving classroom silence are proposed. In terms of culture,we should change the concept of classroom education, change the stereotypes of negative traditions, and rationally change the traditional teaching concepts and the concept of teachers and students. In the teacher field, teachers apply"the Spiral of Silence" theory to organize classroom teaching, listen to the students'opinions to give students appropriate feedback information, improve the interactive skills such as classroom questions, and improve their prestige and personality charm. In terms of students,it is necessary to overcome students' psychological barriers, cultivate good study habits, strive to improve students' psychological quality, promote knowledge to ability transformation, and gain self-confidence.
