In recent years,public emergencies have become the focus of media reports and online public opinions.Some public emergencies are included in the media agenda and stay in the media or public view for a long time through news reports.Some are silence d by brief messages.Therefore,This paper discusses the cold injury death the fresh life traces behind the Numbers,which is how the media present,dust noise,and gradually how to fade from public view,disappear silent this problem,not only to provide reference for the public emergency media activity,also for the public to media coverage of public emergency to enlightenment.The study combines the eight years from 2010 to 2017,the People's Daily online news coverage of public emergency samples,inspection reports of the public emergency and the influence of these factors and the factors affecting the degree,sketch a public emergency media present framework change characteristics,explore the change rule,and then from the Angle of macroscopic social media presents a social connotation and value of the reading public emergency.This study content analysis,literature analysis as the main research methods,in com bination with related literature and the related theory of carding,for this article extractio n from 2010 to 2017,eight years People's Daily online public opinion monitoring room of the China's Internet public opinion analysis report "20 hot public opinion events",select 20 pieces of sudden public events,analysis of samples from 2472 news report,car ry on the corresponding code.The conclusions of this study are as follows: first,the media constructs the mimetic picture of public emergencies through the way of setting the public agenda,which affec ts the public perception of public emergencies.Specifically,frequent public emergencies are mainly related to people's livelihood,new media force the public to participate more,and the interaction between the public agenda and the media agenda expands the effect of agenda setting.These three aspects magnify the public perception of the seriousness of public emergencies.Second,the gatekeeper of newsworthiness is more in the interests of the middle class.The types of public emergencies presented by the media are more closely related to the middle class who enjoy the right of social discourse.Thirdly,there are obvious differences in the use of media framework among different media forms.In general,the paper media has a strong official position,the network media with a clear folk position of the coverage trend.Fourthly,it is strategic for news media to construct the news frame of public emergency report.Fifth,the media framework has changedsignificantly with the time of public emergencies.With the development of public emerge ncy time,the framework presents the law of increasing or decreasing alternately.Sixth,the media of public emergencies have profound social implications and values.According to the research findings,the media presentation of public emergencies has a specific way of thinking and strategy,and reflects the discourse power of different so cial classes.The media presentation of public emergencies reflects the characteristics of game in the field of appearance and the joint action of media.The media presentation of public emergencies has profound social value,that is,the awakening of social memory,the recognition of crisis consciousness,and the improvement of the cohesion of social "community".
