In 2011,the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program(Trial)" proposed " We must ensure that students have the basic knowledge,basic skills and methods,in order to adapt to lifelong learning",and reading is one of the basic way.The primary problem is to develop reading skills to achieve lifelong learning.Besides,mathematics textbooks are an important resource for achieving mathematics curriculum goals.Therefore,to enhance the reading ability of mathematics should start from the reading of textbooks.However,in practical teaching,students do not pay enough attention to the reading of textbooks and lack of systematic and comprehensive method guidance.Therefore,this paper is devoted to developing systematic methods of reading textbooks to guide students to read textbooks independently.The validity and feasibility of this method are verified by experiments.There are two research goals in this paper: First,drawing on the research results of mathematics reading to formulate the method of reading the textbook from the textbook structure;secondly,putting the method of textbook reading into teaching and carrying out experimental research on the guidance of the method of textbook reading,so as to enable students to learn to read mathematical textbooks and cultivate.This paper mainly divides knowledge into text,illustration and narration according to presentation mode,analyses its characteristics,integrates textbook style and structure as the main line,and formulates textbook reading methods with pertinence.It is mainly divided into six parts: reading of catalogue and chapter titles,pre-chapter drawings and preambles,reading of problem situations,reading of question strings,reading of important conclusions with blackening or coloring,reading examples and exercises,and overall review.The method of reading this textbook is put into the teaching for experimental research.The results show that this method can improve the students' reading ability of textbooks.
