From the beginning of 2010,Jiangsu province began to recruit free male teachers,and use early admission,directed recruitment,training and employment integration mode,strive for that every kindergarten has at least one male teacher from 2015 to 2020.The implementation of this policy caused widespread repercussions in society,now the policy of free male teachers has been implemented for more than 6 years,how they are the school's professional development,heather the professional theoretical knowledge and educational knowledge can be competent for the work of preschool teachers,whether to have the faith which contributes to the preschool education,these problems have attracted much attention.Therefore based on professional identity of free male teachers of Nantong Normal School,this study has an investigation and analysis,find out the existing problems in professional identity of free male teachers,and proposes the corresponding countermeasure.This paper uses the self-designed male teachers professional identity questionnaire,questionnaire survey on 231 free male teachers,combined with individual interviews,research methods with quantitative and qualitative combination of professional identity investigation,and further analysis by spss17.00,the research is as follows:1.Free male teachers in the overall level of professional identity are relatively high.2.Professional identity of free male teachers has significant differences in grade.3.The professional identity of free male teachers has significant differences on professional skills and professional values under family economic status.4.There is no significant difference that whether to serve as student cadres in the source of students,According to the above survey results,this paper proposes the enhanced methods and strategies of professional identity of free male teachers from individual and the external environment of free male teachers,to promote the development of preschool education.From the internal strategy:1,stimulates free male teachers' subjective consciousness.2,arouse professional consciousness of free male teachers 3,call professional identity emotion of free male teachers.From the external strategy,it cannot be separated from the support of the country and society and the rational cultivation.
