The teaching of secondary vocational skills plays an important role in the construction of Chinese dream.Vocational schools undertake the task of training the first line of technical applied talents for the realization of Chinese dream.Vocational colleges shoulder as the first line of production,construction,management,and service to Train Senior Practical Personnel mission,not only to provide technical and intellectual support for social and economic development,but also greatly optimized our personnel structure,and promoting the rational distribution of talent.With the continuous development of China's economy,the development of secondary vocational education can not meet the needs of the times.The knowledge economy,human resources has risen to the first resource of society.Teachers in vocational schools as an important resource to the survival and development of the school.However,the current number of teachers in vocational Institute,quality,management has seriously hampered the development of space and school quality in higher vocational colleges.Effectively carry out the development and management of human resources,it is a very practical issue.This article is through the research and Empirical Analysis on the current situation,management system and development of a secondary school teachers occupation problems of Qujing city and its causes,tries to put forward some feasible measures and Strategies of Qujing city medium occupation school teachers in the management and development of human resources development and management perspective.The author is through the literature review of the domestic and foreign related research summary,namely the literature review,research ideas and methods.And using the method of questionnaire survey,the problem of the management and development of the teachers in a vocational school in Qujing city was studied.Sorting and analyzing the related data,points out the problems existing in the management and development of the teachers in the secondary vocational school and the reasons for the analysis of the problems.And then put forward practical measures for the management and development of the teachers in a secondary vocational school in Qujing city.On the basis of the overall development of secondary occupation education strategy,the construction of human resource management environment;formulate and implement school human resources management planning;organization reasonable school;form a reasonable management mechanism;priority to improve the salary management mechanism.To further improve the performance appraisal and incentive mechanism,improve their work enthusiasm;to guide the reasonable career planning.
