As the largest developing country in the world,China's special national conditions and historical conditions determine the establishment and implementation of the basic political system. The basic political system contains several aspects. The most typical one is the implementation of the grassroots mass autonomy system in the grassroots areas. In the city,it is a system of residents' autonomy, which is expressed in the form of a resident committee. In rural areas, the villager autonomy system is implemented in the form of a village committee. The villager autonomy was first proposed in the Constitution revised in 1982.Although the villagers ' self-government has been implemented for nearly 40 years, there are still some problems under the premise that the village committee is the main carrier and platform for villagers' autonomy. And began to restrict the development of the countryside.Furthermore, modernization transformation is a complex process in which all aspects of social development promote each other and integrate with each other. Therefore,in the period of modernization and transformation that focuses on improving the level of economic development, all other aspects of social development must keep pace with the pace of modernization.Only in this way can modernization and transformation reach a balance in order to achieve a comprehensive well-off society and achieve the goal of "two hundred years".The rural areas are the focus of modern development, but the modernization of the countryside still lacks the supporting factors for development. Therefore, the modernization of rural areas needs to be promoted by the good operation of the villager autonomy system. At present, the villagers' autonomy in most rural areas is mainly driven by the administrative power of local governments, especially the grassroots governments, rather than the autonomy of endogenous villagers. As a result, the autonomy of the villagers is obviously insufficient, the effect of autonomy is not ideal, and the development of rural areas has encountered bottlenecks.Of course, the reasons for this are complex and changeable. In order to better solve the rural problems, the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the rural revitalization strategy is the guiding strategy for the new era system to lead the rural development, which includes multiple aspects. The development of the rural economy, the protection of the ecological environment, the creation of a harmonious rural style, the establishment of a modem rural govermance system and the improvement of the income of the villagers have also raised new tasks for the development of village self-government.In the critical period of the new era,the party and the government led the villagers to explore and innovate dare to try and discover new forms of self-government or autonomous organizations through the introduction of the rural revitalization strategy,so as to guide the villagers to village self-government more scientifically and democratically, and to revitalize the villages. This purpose will further realize the development of urban and rural integration and promote the long-term development of rural areas. This paper is divided into four parts. The introduction part is the background, significance, research methods, innovations and research status of the paper. The second part discusses the significance of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in the new era to the villagers' autonomy in China. The third part analyzes the problems and causes in the process of village self-government.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of J village, and then analyzes the emergence of villagers in J village.Problems and causes, and illustrate the research value of village autonomy in the perspective of rural revitalization strategy. Finally, the fourth part of the article combines reality with the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy for village self-government.
