Research On The Transformation Of Women's Federation In Huaiyin District, Huai'an City

The Women's federation of China is a social mass organization established under the leadership of the communist party.It is the bridge and link between the party and the government to contact women.From the beginning to the present,Women's organizations at all levels have played an active role in many aspects and achieved remarkable results.However,with the continuous development of reform and opening up,the working methods and management methods of the Women's federations in the past planned economic system have been difficult to adapt to the work needs of the real society.There have been some changes in the organizational structure,quality requirements and functions of the organization,and there are many challenges in the process of transformation.Therefore,it is the only way for the Women's federation to promote the transformation of the organization to adapt to the rapidly changing social situation.This article through to Huaian Huaiyin district Women's federation work of investigation,literature material law,comprehensive survey method,case analysis and other methods,from the selected topic background and significance,the transformation of research review,research purpose and method,the innovations and shortcomings of the first studied the local Women's federation organization basic situation,including preparation and personnel situation,the main duties and key tasks,benefits,job prospects;Then,the paper analyzes the background and reasons of the organization's transformation.This paper puts forward the transformation direction of the local Women's federation,including the transformation of organizational structure,transformation of quality demand,and transformation of functional function.Then,it analyzes the opportunities brought by the transformation from three aspects:macro,middle and micro,and points out the challenges in the concept system,internal mechanism and operation mode brought by the transformation of the Women's federation.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures from the four aspects of the reform of the work concept,the reform of the working mode,the reform of the organizational network and the reform of the security system.It is hoped that the research of this paper will provide useful reference and thinking for the transformation of local Women's federations.
