Objective: Observe the effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy on inflammatory reaction, quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer in the state of II ~ III.Method: Select patients after radical operations of Colorectal Cancer and diagnosed as cases of Pixushire,in Shuguang Hospital affiliated from SHUTCM and Zhongshan Hospital affiliated from Fudan University, during August 2016-December 2018.Those patients were randomly separated into the control group treated with chemotherapy and the treatment group treated with chemotherapy and Jianpi Jiedu Fang. The observation lasts 24 weeks and the indicators related to inflammation and quantitative scores of TCM symptoms and so on are recorded. Results: There are a total of 101 cases,43 cases in the control group and 47 cases in the treatment group and 11 cases missed.NLR and PLR were significantly decreased in the treatment group(P <0.01),however only PLR was decreased in a large degree in the control group(P <0.01).In the treatment group, the difference in the degree of PLR reduction was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,GPS scores were significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The treatment group’s total effective rate of TCM symptom quantitative total score was 82.98%,which is higher than that the control group’s(51.16%)(P <0.01).The treatment group’s m DFS is 21.13 months;while the control group’s m DFS is 16.79 months. The difference was no statistically significant.(P >0.05)NLR and PLR are independent risk factors affecting progression-free survival.(P=0.015、P=0.014)The optimal cut-off value of PLR was 98.738,and the area under the ROC curve(AUC)was 0.632,95% CI(0.516-0.747),and the difference has statistical meaning(P<0.05).The AUC of PLR associated with NLR was 0.794,and the difference has significant statistical meaning(P<0.01);The AUC of NLR associated with CEA was 0.744,and the difference has significant statistical meaning(P<0.01);The AUC of PLR associated with NLR and CEA was 0.814,and the difference has significant statistical meaning(P<0.01);Conclusions:(1)Jianpi Jiedu Fang can reduce Platelet to Lymphocyte Ratio in patients after radical operations of Colorectal Cancer;(2)Jianpi Jiedu Fang can improve TCM symptoms in the Pixushire cases of patients;(3)Jianpi Jiedu Fang has the tendency to improve prognosis.NLR and PLR are independent risk factors affecting progression-free survival;(4)PLR is one of indicators of prognosis in some situation;PLR associated with NLR and PLR associated with NLR and CEA can be used as more sufficient indicators of prognosis in some situation.
