| ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gastric cancer pain,in order to provide a new method for the treatment of gastric cancer pain.MethodFrom April 2019 to April 2020,cancer pain patients with advanced gastric cancer in the Department of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and oncology of China Japan Friendship Hospital were included in the study.The clinical stage of tumor,the frequency of outbreak of pain and the dosage of painkillers were stratified factors.Whether they received acupuncture treatment was not randomly divided into acupuncture group and drug group.All the subjects received the standard analgesic treatment based on the analgesic drugs according to the WHO three-step analgesic principle.In case of an outbreak of pain,the acupuncture group was immediately treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the acupoints Zusanli and Neiguan were selected to observe the degree of pain relief at 1min,10min,30min,1H and 2h after acupuncture and moxibustion;in the drug group,the pain relief at 1min,10min,30min,1H and 2h after the use of analgesics was observed according to the WHO three-step principle of pain relief;after the treatment of pain relief,the observation and statistics were made The side effects of painkillers occurred within 4 hours and the next pain attack time within 24 hours.After the treatment,the two groups of patients were evaluated respectively.The NRS score was used to record the patient’s pain relief,the pain relief rate and the change of pain score were the main efficacy evaluation indexes,the duration of pain relief and the occurrence of pain side effects were the secondary efficacy evaluation indexes,and the safety was evaluated according to the gastrointestinal reaction and skin toxicity within 24 hours after the treatment.ResultThe baseline data of 52 patients were analyzed.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in general data such as gender,age and clinical stage between acupuncture group and drug group(P>0.05).One minute after treatment,20 cases in acupuncture group were completely relieved,7 cases in partial remission group were ineffective,2 cases in analgesic group were completely relieved,1 case in partial remission group was ineffective,22 cases were ineffective,and chi square test was carried out,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There were 16 cases of complete remission,12 cases of partial remission and 1 case of ineffective in acupuncture group at 2 hours after treatment;9 cases of complete remission in analgesic group at 2 hours;12 cases of partial remission and 2 cases of ineffective in acupuncture group at 2 hours after treatment;chi square test was carried out,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.In patients with different clinical stages,different frequency of outbreak of pain and different dosage of painkillers,acupuncture has faster analgesic effect.The average time for drug to take effect is 30 minutes.The duration of pain relief in acupuncture group is longer than that in drug group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The side effect of painkillers in acupuncture group is smaller than that in drug group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture and moxibustion can alleviate the pain level,reduce the pain level and prolong the pain relief time of cancer of gastric cancer.For patients with stage III clinical stage,acupuncture and moxibustion can replace the use of opioids,and it is more safe.For patients with different clinical stages,different frequency and medication,acupuncture and moxibustion can alleviate the cancer outbreak.For patients with late clinical stage,severe pain and large amount of painkillers,acupuncture can also relieve pain,but its effect is poor compared with patients with earlier clinical stage. |
