Objective:To study the syndrome types and related factors through the analysis of the scale, tongue and pulse, auxiliary examination and other data of women with hyperprolactinemia caused by psychotropic drugs,so as to lay a solid foundation for the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of such patients,to lay a foundation for the scientific research of women with hyperprolactinemia caused by psychotropic drugs,to provide the basis and relevant ideas for TCM treatment, and to prevent and care for them These diseases provide ideas. Methods:from 2017 to 2020,106 diagnosed patients in Anding Hospital and Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.By collecting their general data, auxiliary examination(sex hormone,B-ultrasound,pituitary MRI),disease treatment history,TCM syndromes, western medicine scale(HAMD,HAMA,PANSS)were used)Information processing and data collation were carried out on UKU,Tess, assessment form of happy quality of life and satisfaction degree, picture of tongue,pulse,etc.spss22.0 was used for data analysis,Spearman correlation coefficient was used for correlation analysis to calculate r value,P<0.05 was statistically significant;frequency analysis was used for frequency analysis The quantitative variables were analyzed by K-means clustering. Conclusion:there is no significant correlation between prolactin level and age,R value is-0.133,P=0.175,but it can be seen that prolactin level may have a negative correlation with age;prolactin level and BMI(body mass index),number of pregnancies, whether there is a sexual life history, dysmenorrhea score,HAMA score of anxiety scale, assessment scale score of quality of life and degree of satisfaction about happiness, menstrual cycle, service There was no significant correlation between the dosage time and menstrual volume. The R values were-0.023,-0.061,0.027,0.097,-0.012,-0.026,0.063,0.001,0.069,respectively.Prolactin level was positively correlated with the number of drugs taken,R value was 0.404,P<0.01;prolactin level was positively correlated with the HAMD score of depression scale,R value was 0.301,P<0.01;prolactin level was positively correlated with the occurrence of lactation symptoms,r=0.317,P<0.01;prolactin level was positively correlated with the PANSS score,R value was 0.226,P<0.05.The pulse condition of the patients was fine sliding in 65 cases(59.1%),stringy in 15 cases(13.6%).stringy in 10 cases(9.1%),stringy in 9 cases(8.2%).The tongue color was mainly light and dark, accounting for 48.11%in 51 cases, followed by tip red(18.87%),light tongue(11.32%),dark red tongue, light red tongue, dark tongue and red tongue.Tongue quality, mainly tongue quality, accounted for 73.58%,followed by tender tongue(22.64%),old tongue(7.55%).The shape of the tongue is mainly characterized by teeth marks(34.91%),followed by cracks(18.87%),fat(16.98%),ecchymosis(14.15%).prickles(9.43%)and thin(5.66%).The tongue coating is mainly white, accounting for 32.08%,followed by white and greasy(22.64%),thin and white(17.92%),yellow and greasy, few, peeled and unclean. The disease frequency of the patients was spleen(85.9%),brain(61.3%),liver(58.5%),kidney(40.6%),heart(32.1%);the syndromes were Qi deficiency(82.1%),qi depression(56.6%),toxin heat(52.8%),yin deficiency(46.2%),dampness(41.5%),blood stasis(31.1%),Yang deficiency(8.5%).The correlation analysis was spleen deficiency, liver depression, toxin heat,Phlegm dampness and kidney deficiency are the main pathogenesis.According to the cluster analysis, the syndrome types are Qi deficiency, liver depression and spleen deficiency, toxin and heat disturbing heart, phlegm and dampness accumulation, kidney deficiency and blood stasis blocking collaterals.
