The Clinical Efficacy Of Qingui Runji Ointment In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Psoriasis is a kind of dermatosis that is commonly seen,chronic and inflammatory.Its course can be long,tends to recur,lingering and difficult to heal.The rash can spread all over the body,with dry hypertrophy skin,and characteristics like desquamative,pruritus.Chinese medicine for the treatment of psoriasis has a long history and good curative effectBased on the clinical practice,this study is based on the classical Chinese medicine books,clinical experience,modern literature and the characteristics of blood stasis rash in psoriasis vulgaris.In order to improve the skin lesions of patients with blood stasis syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris,improve the skin barrier function,improve the quality of life of patients,and provide scientific basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine,we carry out this randomized controlled clinical study.Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of RJG(blood stasis)for psoriasis vulgaris and lay a good foundation for further exploration,providing a new method for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A randomized,controlled study was conducted.Psoriasis is characterized by a symmetrical distribution of rashes,lesions on both sides of the patient were randomly divided into two groups.They were given RJG or 1/20 of the former concentration of the RJG.They were asked to use the ointment twice a day.Follow-up was carried out every two weeks,including skin lesion evaluation,skin lesion photography,dermoscopy and skin barrier function measurement.The total course was 8 weeks.The data were analyzed after the course of treatment.If pruritus becomes unbearable during the use of drugs,patients can take loratadine 10mg Qn orally under the guidance of doctors,and record the dosage and times of use.Results:QGRJG is obviously effective for the treatment of blood stasis syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris,which is manifested in the improvement of skin lesions,the number of blood vessels under the skin microscope and the degree of itching.In terms of safety,QGRJG has no obvious side effects,no special adverse reactions,is safe and effective,and can provide a new method for the clinical treatment of blood stasis syndrome in psoriasis vulgaris.
