Study On TCM Syndromes Of Acute Arteriolar Occlusion Stroke With Hypertension Or Diabetes

ObjectivesThis paper retrospectivly studied two cases of small vessel diseasewhich were combined with essential hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitusto explore the distribution rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes of them.SignificanceThrough the analysis of the similarities and differences between the two syndromes the differences between the pathogenesisos of the two traditional Chinese medicine were exploredso as to provide more targeted prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke lesins in small arteries.Methods1.Based on CNKI database(2001-2019)and ischemic stroke in the related literature rese archprofessor in wen-feng zhu "syndrome factor differentiation to learn" for referencecom bining with related syndrome factor in this study include symptoms as the first protot ypecombining with the traditional Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles(try out)"in the common symptom of ischemic strokerefine the symptoms point to two kinds of disease and eventually made into "syndrome factor symptom clinical questionnaire".2.A retrospective study was conducted on 100 patients with stroke who were clearly diagnosed with small vessel disease which were combined with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus during the period from January 2014 to December 2018 in the department of encephalopathy dongzhimen hospital of Beijing university of traditional Chinese medicine with complete medical record.3.The original data were quantified and processed before input into the computerand SPSS21.0 ststistical software was used for medical analysis.ResultsTCM syndrome element results:(1)In 65 patients with acute small artery occlusion stroke which combined with essential hypertension20 syndromes were exrtacted and sorted out after clinical symptomsand the syndromes with a frequency of more than 5%ranged from high to low:a total of 7 disease locacion syndromes including livermeridianlung spleen mindphysiquestomach and a total of 7 disease nature syndromes including phlegmdampnessyin deficiencywindblood stasisblood deficiency;hot all of 14 kind of symptoms.(2)In 35 patients with acute small artery occlusion stroke which combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus 20 syndromes were exrtacted and sorted out after clinical symptoms and the syndromes with a frequency of more than 5%ranged from high to low:a total of 6 disease locacion syndromes including livermeridiankidneylung mindspleen and a total of 8 disease nature syndromes including yin deficiencyphlegmdampnesswindblood deficiencyblood stasisqi deficiency yang deficiency all of 14 kind of symptoms.(3)Through statistical compasionit is found that there are statistical differences between the two kind of backgroud disease in kidney and yin deficiency.The acute small artery occlusion stroke which combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus larger than which combined with essential hypertension.There was no significant difference in the rest of symptoms.(4)The syndromes were divided into two categorieswhich is deficiency syndrome element and solid syndrome element.The deficiency syndrome element in acute small artery occlusion stroke which combined with essential hypertension account for 72.73%The solid syndrome element account for 27.27%;The deficiency syndrome element in acute small artery occlusion stroke which combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus account for 60.14%The solid syndrome element account for 39.86%。Conclusion(1)The pathogenesis of acute small artery occlusion stroke mixed excessiveness and deficiencyalthough by excessiveness primarily.The highest frequency locacion syndrome in acute small artery occlusion stroke which combined with essential hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus both is liver.phlegmdampness mind and blood stasis account for larger proportion.This prompted us to tink about regulating liver and reducing phlegm and dampness.(2)The acute small artery occlusion stroke which combined with essential hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus syndrome have a little different.The acute small artery occlusion strok was be influenced essential hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus syndrome to some extent.By extracting acute small artery occlusion stroke which combined with essential hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus syndromethere are significant differences in the kidney and yin deficiency.The acute small artery occlusion stroke which combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus is mostly yin deficiency and kidney.This prompted us to tink about nourishing the kidney yin.
