inflammatory reaction,which is related to airway hyperresponsiveness.The clinical treatment is mainly anti-inflammatory and asthma,but there are problems of obvious adverse reactions and strong drug dependence.Chinese medicine treatment has certain advantages.Among them,the application of Chinese medicine acupoint application can achieve the dual purpose of treatment and prevention through the interaction of drugs,acupoints and meridians,and its "simple,convenient,effective and inexpensive"features have also been More and more patients are accepted.Systematic review/Meta analysis is the highest level of evidence in evidence-based medicine.In recent years,there have been a certain number of systematic reviews/Meta analysis showing that acupoint application has advantages in the treatment of this disease,but the methodological quality and reporting quality of individual studies are Certain limitations will affect the level of evidence to varying degrees,thereby affecting the true degree of effectiveness and safety of clinical interventions.Overviews of reviews(Overviews)is a method for comprehensive collection of related systematic reviews on the treatment or cause,diagnosis,prognosis,etc.of the same disease or the same health problem,and comprehensive research,which can provide evidence users More concentrated high-quality evidence.This study will overview the systematic review/Meta analysis of acupoint application in the treatment of bronchial asthma,objectively and comprehensively analyze the overall quality of literature and evidence,and summarize the deficiencies of the evidence to evaluate the authenticity and The reliability provides a point of reference for the clinical research of acupoint application in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Objective:To Overview the Systematic review/Meta-analysis of acupoint application in the treatment of bronchial asthma from the aspects of methodological quality,literature report quality,and evidence quality to provide a more objective and scientific reference for clinical practice.Methods:Formulate search strategies,use computer to search CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wanfang Data,Pubmed,Cochrane Library,a total of 6 databases to collect literatures on systematic revi ews/Meta-analysis of acupoint application for the treatment of bronchial asthma from t he establishment of thedatabase to June 2020.According to the basic characteristics of the included documents,the relevant data was extracted from the literature,and the AM STAR 2 scale,PRISMA declaration,GRADEPro GDT online tools were used to evaluat e the methodological quality of the literature,the quality of the literature report,and the quality of evidence.The processof data extraction and quality evaluation were respecti vely The two researchers independently completed and sought a third-party solution w hen the opinions were inconsistent.The main outcome indicators evaluated were effecti veness,lung function,frequency of asthma attacks,ACT score(Asthma control test),A QLQ(Asthma quality life questionnaire),TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,quality of life score.Results:1.Literature screening results and basic characteristicsA total of 19 documents were retrieved,including 16 Chinese documents and 3 English documents.There are 16 articles with an incorporated literature research design type of RCT and 3 articles with an incorporated literature research design type of RCT or CCT;there are 5 articles with a methodological quality evaluation tool of Cochrane evaluation standards and 9 articles with Jadad volume Table,5literatures did not mention quality evaluation tools;15 literatures mentioned safety report,adverse reactions and adverse events,and 4 literatures did not mention it.2.Methodological quality evaluationThe methodological quality of the 19 articles included was of extremely low quality.3.Literature report quality evaluationOnly 2 reports are relatively complete,9 reports have certain defects,and 8 reports have serious defects.4.Evidence quality evaluation of outcome indicatorsA total of 16 literatures were evaluated for the quality of evidence(3 articles were not included in the evaluation of the quality of evidence due to lack of data),and there were 60 outcome indicators,of which 48 outcome indicators showed that acupoint application has advantages in the treatment of bronchial asthma,including 16 Efficiency,4 PEF,2 PEF%,3 FEV1,3 FEV1%,6 FEV1/FVC(%),3 asthma attack frequency,3 TCM syndrome points,3 ACT scores,3 AQLQ,A quality of life score and a curative effect of TCM syndromes.Conclusion:1.The quality of literature methodology and literature report in this study needs t o be improved,and the overall quality of evidence is low.2.Acupoint application has obvious advantages in the treatment of bronchial asth ma.Clinical researchers can use the evidence in combination with other relevant literatu re.
