Research On The Rule Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Taohe Chengqi Decoction Based On Data Analysis

Objective:Taohe Chengqi Decoction is a classic prescription in Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and it is the representative prescription for the treatment of syndrome of Blood Storage of TAI YANG.The composition of the medicine is only five flavors,but it is compatible with the essence,and the effect of purging and removing stasis.Taohe Chengqi Decoction has a wide range of clinical applications.In this paper,through the methods of literature research and data analysis,we study the syndrome treatment rules of Taohe Chengqi Decoction,in order to provide a reference for the rational and standard application of modern clinical practiceContents and Methods:The full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter summarizes the modern clinical application and experimental research literature of Taohe Chengqi Decoction,and understands the modern research progress of Taohe Chengqi Decoction.The second chapter is the theoretical research of Taohe Chengqi Decoction.Through a systematic analysis of Taohe Chengqi Decoction’s articles,drugs,compatibility,decoction methods,and the annotations on the original text of representing doctors’,deeply understand the principle-method-recipe-medicines of Taohe Chengqi DecoctionThe third chapter is the study of modern medical records of Taohe Chengqi Decoction,Through the computer,we searched the pertinent literatures of Taohe Chengqi Decoction from CNKI,VIP.WanFang databases before December 31,and manual retrieval was added to retrieve modern(1912-2019)medical records books,collect relevant medical cases of Taohe Chengqi Decoction,screen and organize them strictly in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria,establish an Excel sheet to input relevant data and set up a medical case database,use SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis,and clarify the rules of the syndrome and treatment of Taohe Chengqi DecoctionChapter four is a systematic review and Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials of Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Major online databases including CNKI,VIP,WAN FANG,CBM,Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library were searched for a period between the time that the database were built to December 31,2019 to collect the qualified randomized controlled trials.RevMan5.3 was used for the Meta-analysisOutcomes:(1)Taohe Chengqi Decoction is widely used in the treatment of medical,surgical,gynecological,pediatric and other diseases,and its clinical effect is fine;In terms of pharmacology,it has anti-inflammatory,vascular endothelial protection,immune regulation,blood glucose and lipid reduction,anticoagulation,anti-oxidation,anti-renal failure and other pharmacological effects(2)The main pathogenesis of Taohe Chengqi Decoction is that the superficies pathogens of TAI YANG unrelieved then goes in along the meridians involving interior and transforming into heat,and with blood forms in the lower energizer,and the heat mixing with blood,which disturbs the mind and spirit.The heat is heavier than the blood stasis and can lead to symptoms such as mania and spasmodic pain in lower abdomen(3)In terms of medical case analysis,Taohe Chengqi Decoction syndrome can occur in both men and women,and the proportion of women is slightly higher than that of men;The age of onset is mainly between 21 and 40 years old;Madness,stranguria,abdominal pain,dysuria,brain trauma and back pain as the major six diseases;Constipation,spasmodic pain in lower abdomen,fidget,difficulty in micturition,abdominal distension,thirst,unconsciousness,fever,back pain,poor appetite and insomnia are the mainly 11 symptoms;The red tongue and the tongue with ecchymosis are the most common tongue,followed by the dark red tongue and dark purple tongue,yellow fur is the most moss colour,greasy coating is the most common moss quality,followed by dry and thick fur;In the pulse,the composite pulse is mainly composed of deep uneven pulse,wiry uneven pulse and wiry rapid pulse.while the single pulse is mainly composed of deep pulse,uneven pulse and rapid pulse;The course of treatment is within a week;The most common post-drug reaction is increased defecation.followed by hematochezia;The usual dose is Taoren 6g,Dahuang 10g,Guizhi 6g,Gancao 6g,Mangxiao 6g;Among the flavoring drugs,the most widely used types are antipyretic drugs,followed by blood circulation medicines,such as Danpi,Danggui,Chishao,Niuxi and so on.Third,it is the tonic medicine.Through the method of association rule analysis,we konw the primary symptoms correlation of Taohe Chengqi Decoction are constipation and scanty dark urin,thirst,be agitated,fever;spasmodic pain in lower abdomen and mania,thirst;irritability and insomnia,mania,thirst,unconsciousness;unconsciousness and fever;insomnia and mania;thirst and fever,scanty dark urine;fever and scanty dark urine.However,the degree of support among the main symptoms is not large,indicating that there is a certain correlation between the main symptoms and their independence.(4)Thirteen RCT trials were included.A total of 1251 subjects were enrolled.The meta-analysis showed:Post-treatment total efficacy rate was higher in Modified Taohechengqi decoction group than in the cotrol group[RR=1.25,95%CI:(1.19～1.33),P<0.00001;Post-treatment range of decrease in fasting blood glucose(FBG)was higher in the experiment group than in the control group[MD=-0.85,95%CI(-1.31,-0.39),P=0.0003];Post-treatment range of decrease in 2h post-prandial blood glucose(PBG)was significantly higher in the experiment group than in the control group[MD=-1.43,95%CI(-2.20,-0.66),P=0.0003];Post-treatment range of decrease in glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)was higher in the experiment group than in the control group[MD=-1.31.95%CI(-2.17.-0.46),P<0.00001];Comparison of post-treatment fasting insulin,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through this study,the syndrome treatment rules of Taohe Chengqi Decoction was summarized,and the clinical application scope was expanded,so as to provide reference for the more reasonable and standard application of this prescription in clinical practice,and provide enlightenment and reference for the further study of Taohe Chengqi Decoction in the future.
