aeruginosa are of great significance for the treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia.The treatment of modern medicine is mainly to improve the symptoms of Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia.Broad-spectrum antibiotics are widely used,which also leads to the resistance of Paeruginosa to multiple antibiotics.Motherland Medicine has its unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia,and has achieved significant clinical efficacy.It can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also improve immunity,improve quality of life and delay survival time.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.ObjectiveObserve the evaluation of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction on the blood routine indexes,lung tissue pathology and curative effect of chronic infection caused by MDRPA and explore the mechanism of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction in the treatment of chronic MDRPA pneumonia Based on the IL-36/NFκB.and explore the possible mechanism of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction through IL-36 treatment of chronic MDRPA pneumonia.Method120 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(blank group,model group,Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and Chinese and Western group)for one week of adaptive feeding,and an MDRPA chronic pneumonia rat model was established by oral tracheal intubation method.Give twice a day.The Chinese medicine group was given intragastric injection of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Granules 2ml/200g,the western medicine group was injected intraperitoneally with piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium solution 0.36ml/200g,and the Chinese and Western groups were given Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu granules Stomach and injection were intraperitoneally injected with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium solution.The blank group and model group were given intragastric administration with equal amount of sterile water every day.Rats were free to eat and drink water.After modeling,observe the general condition of the rats.The rats were sacrificed 3 days,7 days,14 days,and 21 days after modeling.Blood was taken from the abdominal aorta to determine blood routine.Serum was used for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The lung tissues of rats were collected and stained with HE.The degree of lung tissue damage was analyzed under light microscope.The lung homogenate was used for bacterial culture.The upper lobe of the right lung was taken for Western blotting Two:At the cytokine level,comparing with the blank group,the TNF-α in the model group increased significantly,with a significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the TNF-α in the traditional Chinese medicine group was in the model 7,14,There was a significant difference between the 21-day group(P<0.05),the western medicine group had a significant difference in the model 7 and
