| Allergic constitution is a specific constitution formed on the basis of endowment genetics,and it is an inherent condition for allergic diseases.For the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases,the key lies in the fundamental improvement of allergic constitution.The “medicine and food homology” formula used in the clinical trials of this subject—Wang Qi,s Prescription for Regulating Allergic Constitution is a summary of Professor Wang Qi's many years of clinical experience,but there is currently no clinical research on the safety and effectiveness of its intervention in allergies.The purpose of this project is to observe the effect of “Wang Qi,s Prescription for Regulating Allergic Constitution” on allergic constitution,and to provide a basis for the promotion and application of its intervention in allergic constitution.This thesis is mainly divided into two parts,the first part is a literature review,and the second part is clinical research.Literature review section: The review mainly deals with the current research status of allergies,the source and characteristics of “Wang Qi,s Prescription for Regulating Allergic Constitution”,allergies and methods of diagnosis of allergic diseases.Clinical Research Section: Objective: Formulate the "Evaluation Table for Allergic Physical Intervention Effect" for the evaluation of allergic physical intervention effects.Conduct clinical intervention trials and observe the effect of "Wang Qi,s Prescription for Regulating Allergic Constitution" on allergies to process preliminary exploration on the clinical practice of drug modulation.Research methods:1.Study one: This study adopts the improved Delphi method which begins through two rounds of expert consultation.By collecting expert opinions,conducting statistical analysis and screening of the consultation results,the "Evaluation Table for Allergic Physical Intervention Effects" is finally formed.2.Study two: Non-randomized controlled study method was used to divide the subjects who met the requirements into 34 subjects in the experimental group and 24 subjects in the control group according to the voluntary principle.The experimental group was given "Wang Qi,s Prescription for Regulating Allergic Constitution" plus lifestyle intervention,while the control group only received lifestyle intervention with an intervention period of 8 weeks.The changes in the total clinical performance score,specific constitution transformation score,and various clinical performance scores of allergic constitution before and after intervention were observed,as well as the improvement of allergens and total IgE of allergens in the experimental group before and after intervention.Results: 1.Study one: Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted in total.According to the reservation conditions of items with the mean value of index ?4.00,4 items were screened out in the first round and 3 items were screened out in the second round.Moreover,the variation coefficient of all items in the second round was less than 0.25.According to the mean value of the remaining 11 items,the weight of the items with the mean value of 4?x < 4.5 was recorded as 1 point,the weight of the indicators with the mean value of 4.5?x < 5 was recorded as 2 points,and the weight of the indicators with the mean value of 5 points(full mark)was recorded as 3 points,finally forming the result of the "evaluation table of allergic constitution intervention effect".2.Study two:(1)the total score of clinical manifestations of allergic constitution in the clinical test group was lower than that in the blank control group((49)< 0.05).After intervention,the total score reduction rate of allergic constitution in the clinical test group was 30.59%,which was much higher than the total score reduction rate of 10.07% in the control group.(2)after intervention,the score of characteristic constitution transformation in the clinical test group was lower than that in the blank control group((49)< 0.05),and the score reduction rate of characteristic constitution transformation was 33.98%,which was higher than that in the control group(23.17%).After intervention,the clinical performance scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group except "no cold,but also nose itch".At different time points of intervention(before intervention,4 weeks after intervention,8 weeks after intervention),the total score of clinical manifestations of allergic constitution in the test group and the control group was statistically significant((49)< 0.05).(3)there was no change in the positive rate of ingested allergen or inhaled allergen and IgE before and after intervention in the experimental group.The test results of ingestion allergen were as follows: after intervention,the positive rate of egg white and wheat allergen was lower than before intervention.The allergen positive rate of milk,fish/shrimp/crab combination,beef/mutton combination,cashew nut/peanut/soybean group was higher than before the intervention.The allergen positive rate of mango did not change.The results of inhalation allergen detection were as follows: after intervention,the allergen positive rate of household dust mite/dust full combination,ragweed/artemisia combination,cockroach,mold combination 1,tree combination 4,etc.did not change.Cat/dog dander combination and humulus scandens increased the allergen positive rate.The total number of allergen improvement after intervention in the experimental group was 7,and the improvement rate was 20.59%.Conclusion: "Wang Qi,s Prescription for Regulating Allergic Constitution" can regulate allergic constitution and has a better improvement effect on allergy symptoms.In clinic,allergic constitution can be improved by drug intervention to prevent allergic diseases. |
