Clinical Study Of Buqi Zhuyang Decoction Combined With Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray In The Treatment Of Lung-qi Deficiency-cold Nasal Cavity

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Bu Qi Zhu Yang decoction combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on CRSs NP of lung qi deficiency and cold type,and to clarify its clinical curative effect.It can provide an efficient,convenient,safe and less side effects treatment for chronic sinusitis patients with deficiency of lung-qi and cold type.Material and method:From July 2017 to December 2018,60 patients with CRSs NP with pulmonary qi deficiency and cold type who were admitted to the otolaryngology department of affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with the method of random number table.14 days for a course of treatment,treatment of two courses.Before and after the treatment,the improvement of nasal congestion,purulent nose,head pain,anosmia and other symptoms,as well as the improvement of sinus mucosa,were observed.Both groups were evaluated for adverse reactions to treatment.Results: After a series of statistical analysis,there was a significant difference in the efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while that of the control group was 73.3%,and there was no adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of buqi zhuyang decoction combined with momethasone furoate nasal spray on the treatment of CRSs NP with deficiency and cold of lung qi is exact.2.Buqi and zhuyang decoction combined with momethasone furoate nasal spray can clearly improve the sympt3.Buqi zhuyang decoction combined with momethasone furoate nasal spray has a good value in clinical promotion.
