At the end of 2019,there were more than 1 million elderly people over the age of 60,accounting for 17% of the city's population.So Shenyang medical care combined with pension service needs are also urgent.Objective: This paper is based on the old-age service theory,taking the medical care combined with the old-age service organization in Shenyang as the research object,and according to the various forms of the combination of medical care and the old-age resources,this paper probes into the present situation and existing problems of combining medical care with old-age service in Shenyang from both theoretical and practical aspects,and sums up and analyzes the problems,and advances some countermeasures and suggestions for combining medical care with old-age service in Shenyang.Methods: Through the methods of Literature Research,questionnaire survey,interview and interview,this paper takes the medical care and old-age service organization in Shenyang as the research object,interviews the people who have the need of old-age care,the person in charge of the institution and the relevant government staff,and to collect the data analysis.Results: After investigation and analysis,it is concluded that there are not only common problems in the medical care and old-age care services in Shenyang,such as the overlapping of the competent departments and unclear responsibility boundary,the large fund gap and insufficient government support,and the insufficiency of policy and system,there are some problems such as lack of guarantee system,shortage of professional talents,low level of service,backward concept,lack of hospital motivation,unbalanced development between urban and rural areas.Conclusion: In view of the problems existing in the combination of medical care and old-age care in Shenyang,the countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: First,to raise awareness and change traditional thinking;Second,to establish and improve the relevant security system and consolidate the foundation of the combination of medical care and old-age care;Third,to strengthen the top-level design;Fourth,strengthen training and Establish Professional Service Team;Fifth,give play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,to jointly promote the promotion of medical care and development speed.
