Purpose:To retrospect the clinical efficacy of Yushen Recipe combined with rattan herbs in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria with syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness,heat and blood stasis,as well as the clinical symptoms and related clinical physicochemistry of this prescription for chronic glomerulonephritis The impact of the indicators,summarizing the efficacy and advantages of Yushen Recipe combined with rattan drugs in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria,provides safe and effective treatment methods and arguments for the subsequent clinical treatment of traditional Chinese herbs.Material and method:To retrospect the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who met the requirements of the Department of Nephrology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese herbs from May 2018 to May 2019,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the number of patients who met the inclusion criteria was 67,of which There were 35 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.The control group was given Western medicine basic treatment + ARB(olmesartan medoxomil),and the treatment group was given Western medicine basic treatment + Yushenfang combined with rattan herbs treatment.One treatment cycle was 4 weeks,a total of 3 cycles.Record qualitative urinary protein before and after treatment,24 h urinary protein quantification and TCM symptom scores,and monitor changes in physical and chemical indicators such as liver function,renal function,blood cell analysis,etc.,perform statistical analysis on relevant data,and judge the clinical status of the two groups based on statistical analysis Efficacy and safety.Results:1.Physical and chemical indexes of urine protein qualitative and 24 h urine protein quantification: Compared with before treatment,urinary protein qualitative and 24 h urine protein quantitative levels were reduced(P <0.05);treatment group compared with control group The decrease level of protein quantification was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Western medicine clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group is 88.57%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 71.88%.Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the treatment group is more significant and statistically significant(P <0.05).3.TCM symptom efficacy: TCM symptom scores are reduced compared with before treatment(P <0.05);while the treatment group has more obvious symptom relief than the control group,and has statistical significance(P <0.05).4.Other physical and chemical indicators: There was no significant change in renal function(Scr,BUN)and liver function(ALT,AST)between the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Yushen Recipe combined with rattan herbs can improve the qualitative urinary protein,quantitative physical and chemical indexes of 24 h urinary protein and TCM symptom scores in chronic glomerulonephritis patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness,heat and blood stasis type,and the treatment is safe and reliable.
